The aim of this study was to reveal the impact of supervision and educational
attribution in improving the performance of the teachers of the first three grades and to
improve the reading skills of their students.
The study found that there were s
tatistically significant differences between the
tribal and remote applications in all sub-competencies and the total degree of teachers. The
differences were in favor of the post application. The mathematical averages for the post
application ranged from (3,41-3,88). The performance skills related to planning the lesson
(3.88), while the "performance skills related to the evaluation" ranked last with an average
of (3.41), and the general arithmetic mean of the fields (3.55). Table (1) shows that there
are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = α) between the
tribal and remote applications in all sub-performance skills and the total score, and the
differences were in favor of the post-application of teachers. The results of the reading
skills test showed statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote
applications in all secondary competencies and the total score of students. The differences
were in favor of the post application. The mathematical averages for the post application
ranged between (2.03-3.65) For learning to read "ranked first with the highest average
score of (3.65), while" fourth level of learning to read "in the last place with an average of
(2,03), and the arithmetic mean of the total score (2.97). There were also statistically
significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) (α) between the tribal and remote
applications Performance and skills sub-class college, came the differences in favor of the
dimensional application for students.
The research discusses the Education Preparation Diploma Attitudes Students' Towards
Cosmetic Surgery, and to study the effects of such attitudes according to variables (sex, marital
status, work). To achieve the objectives of the research, was dev
eloped measure Towards Cosmetic
Surgery prepared for this purpose, has been included (32) methods, then applied to a sample of
students of (228) during the academic year 2017/2018. The present research used the descriptive
analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the
teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (38)
students, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.92(, and Spearman-Brown
(0.798) by Split- half.
This study aimed at investigation the problems of educational
directive in Al Hassaka City in terms of some variables:( sexacademic
rank – experiences ). The study population consisted of
(65) mentors at educational directorate and they are the sa
mple of
the study . The questionnaire consisted of (41) clauses and (3)
domains: Administrative _education _material.
The aim of this research is to identify the degree of the educational
supervisors' practice of their roles according to their professional
competencies from the point of view of key stage one teachers in
basic education. In order to achieve the ai
m of the research, the
descriptive method was used. A random sample was drawn from
the key stage one teachers in basic education in Homs. The sample
number was (255) teachers. The researcher prepared a
questionnaire consisting of (37) statements divided into three fields

The aim of this research is to identify the satisfaction of the
students of the Fourth Faculty of Education about the process of
educational supervision provided to them in the course of
practical education, as well as their expectations. For this

the researcher developed a double standard for the measurement
of educational supervision and its application to the same (140)
And an educational qualification diploma. In addition to the
standard, a series of questions were collected to collect
demographic data.
This research aimed to know the Psychological Resilience and the Life Quality
Among the Education Preparation Diploma Students in faculty of Education of Tishreen
University, And realized the relationship between Psychological Resilience and the Li
fe
Quality, also aimed to examine the differences in resilience and Life Quality according to
the variables (six, specialty) the Students. The research used Descriptive analytical
method, The sample included (272) students in the academic year 2016/2017. The
research used Psychological Resilience and the Life Quality measures. The following
statistical methods were used: means, t – test, and Pearson Correlation. Validity of the
questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff. Pilot sample
consisted of (50) students. Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at
lest (0.88) for Life Quality measure, and (0.86) for Psychological Resilience measure.
The final results showed that the Psychological Resilience and Life Quality were
middle rated for the sample research. In fact, there are positivism relationship between
Psychological Resilience and the Life Quality for the Students.
There were no significant differences in resilience related to the specialty, and sex on
the Life Quality measure. Also there were no significant differences in resilience related to
the specialty, but there were significant differences related to the sex on the Psychological
Resilience measure in favor of the male.
Title of the research: Qualifications of the teacher of the classroom in the
recruitment of extra-curricular activities in the educational process from the point of view
of educational mentors (field study in the schools of the first episode of the
basic education
district of Damascus)
The objective of the research: The aim of the research is to identify the
competencies of the teacher in the classroom in the employment of extra-curricular
activities in the educational process by defining his competencies in the planning,
implementation and evaluation of these activities from the point of view of educational
mentors. Research Questions: The main research question was what is the teacher's
competence in employing extra-curricular activities in the educational process from the
point of view of educational counselors in general? And in each axis of research.?
The research was based on the analytical descriptive approach. The research
community consisted of the educational supervisors in the Directorate of Education in
Damascus Governorate
Research tool: The questionnaire used by the researcher was used to identify the
views of the educational supervisors on the teacher's qualifications by employing extra
curricular activities in the educational process.

The teacher's competencies in planning the extra-curricular activities in the educational
process, according to the opinion of the educational supervisors, were found to be
moderate.
From previous search results we can answer the main search question:
The competencies of the teacher in the classroom in the recruitment of extracurricular
activities in the educational process in the field of planning, implementation and
evaluation according to the opinion of educational counselors exist, but to a degree.
This study aimed at identifying the perceptions of university postgraduate students with regard to the factorial structure related to the perceived professional competencies for the educational counselor. The researcher employed the descriptive corre
lation method, and the instrument was developed so as to measure the professional competencies for the educational counselor; the content validity as well as the reliability for the instrument were verified. The study sample consisted of (175) male and female students from the students of postgraduate studies at Mu'tah University and Students for in Israa Private university.
