This study aimed at investigating the perspectives of post graduate
students in the educational colleges at Mu'tah and Yarmouk Universities
regarding the problems that face them. The sample of the study consisted
of (324) students during the first
semester of the academic year
2006|2007.
A questionnaire consisted of (53) items was distributed at three
domains: problems related to students, staff member, and university
administration, in order to achieve the study goals.
This study aimed at identifying the perceptions of university postgraduate students with regard to the factorial structure related to the perceived professional competencies for the educational counselor. The researcher employed the descriptive corre
lation method, and the instrument was developed so as to measure the professional competencies for the educational counselor; the content validity as well as the reliability for the instrument were verified. The study sample consisted of (175) male and female students from the students of postgraduate studies at Mu'tah University and Students for in Israa Private university.
