هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور التوجيه التربوي في حل مشكلات مدرّسي مرحلة
التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظرهم تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس و سنوات الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي,
و قد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي استناداً إلى "استبانة" تضمنت ثلاثة محاور رئيسة
تتألف من ( 27 ) فقرة تغطي المجالات الآتية (مجال المشكلات المهنية و اشتمل على
(10) فقرات, و مجال المشكلات الاجتماعية : و اشتمل على ( 8 ) فقرات, و مجال
المشكلات النفسية : و اشتمل على ( 9 ) فقرات. و تألّف المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة من جميع
مدرّسي مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في مدينة حماة, و اقتصرت عينة الدراسة على ( 100 )
مدرّس و مدرّسة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية.
The study aimed at revealing the role of educational guidance in solving
the problems of secondary school teachers from their point of view
according to gender variables, years of experience and scientific
qualification. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method based
on a questionnaire which included three main axes consisting of (27) The
field of professional problems included (10) paragraphs, and the field of
social problems: It included (8) paragraphs, and the field of psychological
problems: It included (9) paragraphs The original society of the study
consisted of all secondary school teachers in the city of Hama, (100)
teacher and school were selected random way.
