هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مدى رضا طلاب كلية التربية الرابعة عن عملية
الإشراف التربوي المقدمة لهم في مقرر التربية العملية ، و كذلك توقعاتهم منها ، و لهذه
الغاية قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لقياس الإشراف التربوي و تطبيقه على عينه قوامها
( 140 ) طالبا و طالبة موزعين بين اختصاص معلم صف و دبلوم تؤهيل تربوي ، و تم
بالإضافة إلى المقياس توجيه مجموعة من الأسئلة لجمع البيانات الديموغرافية.
The aim of this research is to identify the satisfaction of the
students of the Fourth Faculty of Education about the process of
educational supervision provided to them in the course of
practical education, as well as their expectations. For this purpose,
the researcher developed a double standard for the measurement
of educational supervision and its application to the same (140)
And an educational qualification diploma. In addition to the
standard, a series of questions were collected to collect
demographic data.
