This paper aims to illustrate the effect of the textual power in the esthetics of the poetry text, its concepts and the dimension of this effect in the light of psychological reading of the pre-Islamic poetry. We seek to preeminence the text effect in the receiver who uses his psychological tools to find out about the author self, appealing for the tension power that was assembled by the text of the pre-Islamic poetry, and depending on the poeticalness of the pre- Islamic figure in order to obtain the esthetics effect that attracts the receiver and demonstrates the esthetics of the pre-Islamic poetry text and its riches. The pre-Islamic poetry was not merely an artistic formulation, but it was a position, thought and expression from the depths of the poet Al-Jahali, in which the da'al floats, and the meaning falls away, so we get a flexible aesthetic dimension, after it reveals that the pre-Islamic poetry exceeded and surpassed; Their poems included a special vision of their mental state.

The aim of this study was to reveal the impact of supervision and educational attribution in improving the performance of the teachers of the first three grades and to improve the reading skills of their students. The study found that there were s tatistically significant differences between the tribal and remote applications in all sub-competencies and the total degree of teachers. The differences were in favor of the post application. The mathematical averages for the post application ranged from (3,41-3,88). The performance skills related to planning the lesson (3.88), while the "performance skills related to the evaluation" ranked last with an average of (3.41), and the general arithmetic mean of the fields (3.55). Table (1) shows that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = α) between the tribal and remote applications in all sub-performance skills and the total score, and the differences were in favor of the post-application of teachers. The results of the reading skills test showed statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote applications in all secondary competencies and the total score of students. The differences were in favor of the post application. The mathematical averages for the post application ranged between (2.03-3.65) For learning to read "ranked first with the highest average score of (3.65), while" fourth level of learning to read "in the last place with an average of (2,03), and the arithmetic mean of the total score (2.97). There were also statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) (α) between the tribal and remote applications Performance and skills sub-class college, came the differences in favor of the dimensional application for students.
This research attempts at focusing on the sing concept by the French philosopher Jacques Derrida and how he tried to present a different critical reading of this concept, busy answering the question and looking for new horizons of this critical rea ding that gose beyond the structural closure. this will be through a reading strategy that enables us to open up to the text and its multiplicities. So this research firstly introduces the concept as done by Derrida then proceeds to discuss the role of reader being one deadly strategy in creating or producing the sing, being one product of the text, and his ability to recall the memory. All of this is to clarify the distance among texts which the textual horizon creates, since its role dose not have to do only with the strength of sing as in difference but also it contains a structural motive. The sign is created once the effect and the one who is put away are traced down and thus creates enterainment among texts. Consequently, reading becomes an aesthetic experience that reconstructs the text anew till we get in this research to accumulative results in a conclusion that presents some of the ideas we ended up with when tacking this issue.
