The research aims to make known the psychology and sociology effects of stresses of teaching professional on teachers in first episode from basic learning , and known the correlation between teachers according to the variables (family position , and teaching experience in learning). The research adopted the descriptive method, by the questionnaire it has been used to collect the facts and the data from sample includes(100 ) teachers in Damascus city schools. The questionnaire includes( 33 ) term , ( 19) from them about psychology effects and( 14) from them about social effects . The result of study were finding : There are identical between opinions of all teachers about psychology and social effects of stresses of learning vocation, especially, psychology effects (weakness of motive to improvement, non suit vocational leering and no carry of aspirants ) . so sociology effects ( avoid talk with colleagues , the salary not suit for social statute, and not co-operation between colleagues for development. There are positive correlation relationship between opinions of sample members about psychology and social effects, according to variable of tamily position(married, non married)Coefficient Correlation ( 91,69-79V33). There are positive correlation relationship between opinions of sample members about psychology effects, according to variable of experience years. (ten year and less, more than ten years ), Coefficient Correlation ( 72,63). There are negative correlation relationship between opinions of sample members about social effects, according to variable of experience years. (ten year and less, more than ten years), Coefficient Correlation ( 11,88).
This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a computer program designed by PowerPoint to teach second grade's students science. It also aims to promote the principle of the integration of technology in education , in addition to showin g how to use computer software in teaching science. The sample of the research consisted of (100) students from the second grade , and it was divided into two groups : an experimental group consisted of (50) students who will be taught by using the computer program, and a control group consisted of (50) students who will be taught by the usual methods. The research tools were a pre-post test and a computer program designed by PowerPoint that deals with several issues of second grade's science. And the results were as follows : 1- The effectiveness of the computer program in teaching science, where the results of the experimental group -that were taught by using the computer program- were higher than the results of the control group -that were taught by the usual ways. 2- There is no effect of the students' genus in their results after learning with the computer program . 3- The results of the rural students were higher than the city students ones , after using the computer program in teaching.
The research aims to analyze the content of geometry books in the first stage of the basic education level according to the national standards, so the following question was answered: To what extent geometry content in first cycle math books confor m to national standards? The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and built a tool to analyze the content based on national standards in geometry, then verified the trustiness and validity of this tool. The sample consisted of geometry units included in the math books. The research found: The geometry content included in first cycle math books conformed to the national standards with a weak degree, where the matching ratio in the grades accordingly: 25.64% in the first, 41.02% in the second, 25.64% in the third, and 25.64% in the fourth.
This research aims at present to detect the correlation between the Psychological Alienation and the self-esteem, as well as to detect differences between the average scores students, undergraduate and graduate, at the scale of psychological Alienati on and a measure of self-esteem among faculty members according to the following varieties: (Nationality-level of education) among the students of the city of the Martyr Basil al-Assad in Damascus. To achieve this goal, the following tools have been used: Questionnaire to Measure the Psychological Alienation, prepared by Ragdaa Naaisa (2012); and a questionnaire to measure the phenomenon of Self-esteem by Gaafer (2007). This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the strategy concept maps in the collection of the second grader. To achieve the objective, the research designs research tools which included maps of science concepts and test grades. The sample inc luded (84) pupils who were divided into three groups, two of which test experimentally (I learned the concept maps and paper and there were 26 pupils, and second I learned concept maps and electronic numbering (30), and a third officer were 28 pupils, and use curriculum almost demo. The search results include: differences between the three groups for the second experimental group I learned by using concept maps and there are differences between the experimental group and the control group's first paper for students first pilot paperwork group. As differences attributed to the variable method for teaching students in the experimental group that learned science using concept maps. It concludes with proposals: routing based on textbooks need to provide these books with maps illustrating concepts of relations between concepts in different subjects, and holding seminars and training courses for in-service teachers to familiarize them with the strategy maps and training concepts to integrate modern technology in building maps and encourage them to use in all educational materials.
This research aims to study teacher's emotional intelligence and its role inprofessional adjustment. The research problem was represented in the following main question: what is the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional adjustm ent of First Grades Teachers in primary schools? The sample of this research was consisted of (250) teachers (male and female)from the teacher of the first Grades in primary schools in Lattakia. They are chosen randomly from the following schools :(Saker Quraish, Al-eshterakia, Anes Abass,Kohnenas, NaderJrad, Fares Sbeikh, Al-shareef Al-Radee, Al-earaby, Yoseef Fares, SaleemOmran). A combination of scale was used in this research including ascale of emotional intelligence of (FarokOthmam and Mohamed Abdul Samea),and a scale of professional adjustment of (Hyou.MBel).
The research aims at getting acquainted with how far pupils of the 5th and 6th grade, in the Basic Education, do read, and how often do they visit the school library. Within this framework, we tried to point out the factors having impact on the v olume of reading, starting with the family circumstances; the parents’ work, their level of education and encouragement, and also the school’s influence in as much as it contributes to the teacher, the director or the book keeper in encouraging pupils to read. An opinion poll has been conducted for this purpose on a sample of the 5th and 6th grades in the city of Damascus.
The research aimed at identifying the degree of the availability of teaching technology adequacies among teachers (Second cycle) of basic education schools. In addition, it aimed at identifying the degree of practicing these adequacies by teachers. The research subjects consisted from all Biology teachers in all (Second cycle) of basic education schools and were (106) teachers who represented the sample of the research. A questionnaire was prepared and consisted in its final shape of (56) adequacies divided into (7) fields as follows: Designing instruction, instruction strategies, choosing teaching technologies, using teaching technologies, using teaching devices, services of teaching technologies center and assessment.
This study aims to investigate the work values embedded in the Arabic language textbooks taught in the first and second cycles of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The number of textbooks analyzed is 18. The study adopted a quantitative as well as a qualitative approach to content analysis.
This study aimed to identify the reality of educational technology for teaching science in the laboratories of basic education schools in hasakah from the point of view the teachers and their attitudes towards. The Study sample consisted of (49) t eachers (25 males+24females) were randomly selected from schools in the sample, which included (13) schools were chosen in a manner unintended villages Hasakah Center of the Directorate for Educational Hasakah province. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire which consisted of (96) items, divided into five areas, and was of sufficient reliability and validity for the purposes of this study.
