This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for admi nistrative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of (123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.
The study aims to identify the reality of administrative empowerment among secondary school principals in Lattakia Governorate according to its dimensions (delegation of powers, teamwork, decision making, support and support), and study the differ ences between managers in the reality of administrative empowerment (sub dimensions and scale as a whole) Years of experience in administrative work, scientific qualification. The research was based on a descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (152) managers and managers, of which (138) were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 90.79%. Using the appropriate statistical methods, the most important research results were: Secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate have generally good administrative capacity, and sub-dimensions: delegation of authority, teamwork, decision making, support and support. The gender variable does not affect the degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate, where there were no statistically significant differences between the average managers and managers in the general administrative empowerment situation. As for the subdivisions, there was a difference in support, Decision in favor of males. The degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate has increased with the number of years of experience and scientific qualification. There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of managers according to the variables of years of experience in administrative work and the scientific qualifications. And for the qualification of graduate studies, at the level of sub-dimensions, and the scale as a whole.
The objective of the research is to identify the administrative empowerment requirements in light of the change management from the perspective of for secondary school principals, the researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method. The questionnaire was used as a research tool and was applied to a sample of (60).
The research aims to describe the reality of empowering employees. And also to describe the reality of customer satisfaction in the private insurance companies in the city of Lattakia. As well as to identify the impact of the empowerment dimensions in the private insurance companies in customer satisfaction.
This study aimed at exploring the effect of the empowerment in job satisfaction among workers at Syrian banks .To achieve the objectives of study a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample, a total of 120 questionnaires wer e distributed of which 90 questionnaires were returned and were ready for analysis Data were analyzed using a number of statistical techniques including: the mean, standard deviationand Stepwise Multiple Regression, ..etc. it was found that the independent variables of empowerment (effective communication, motivation, training, and team work) affect the dependent variable (job satisfaction).While the delegation of authority does not have a statistically significant effect.
The popular participation is one of the main pillars of the local development process, as it allows the opportunity for various community groups to contribute to the preparation, management and implementation of development plans in line with their needs and aspirations, and it has a positive role in making success of development projects in a sustainable manner, so as to ensure the achievement of the comprehensive national development objectives. A real and effective participation requires adoption of sustainable enablement principle to build the public capacity, and to devote the human potential and efforts of local communities. In this context, the research presents a study of the concept of popular participation and its importance in local development, and it identifies the methods and levels of participation in the development process, its conditions, requirements and principles, as classifies levels and forms of popular participation during the phases of local development; in addition to presenting challenges of the participation in the local development processes. The research deals with an analysis of one of global experiences that applies sustainable enablement principle, to enhance the contribution of the community in achieving sustainable development of the local urban environment, in order to conclude the most important phases and criteria for sustainable enablement. The research concludes to a number of conclusions and recommendations aspires to promote the important role of public participation in local development, by creating mechanisms which could be used to activate participation at the level of local administrative units, and exploring the practical application way for enabling communities in all stages of the local development process, in order to provide different domains for popular participation in most important development issues.
This research deals the rural woman's condition and the difficulties she experiences economically, socially and psychologically. It shows how rural tourism can alleviate hardships. In particular, the research examines the impact of tourism on rural w omen through its contribution to reduction of poverty and job creation. Rural tourism has an empowering effect socially and psychologically. Theoretical analysis and statistical test of the data of studied sample support the validity of the hypothesis of this research that tourism has an important role in improving the situation of rural women.
This study was conducted in two areas: Misyaf in Hama governorate and Alshaikhbader in the governorate of Tartous to identify some of economic and social effects of animal production projects carried out by rural woman who had a loan for it. The p rimary data were collected during the period 2012-2013 from a random sample (23 villages in Misyaf, and 13 villages in Alshaikhbader). Size of the sample was calculated according to Morgan law so that 243 rural women were valid for analysis. The results showed a high percentage of successful projects which had an economic and social impact for 91.8% of respondents and these projects had the following effects: 57.2% of targeted families stated that there was a rise in their spending on food, 92.2% of them confirmed the improvement of their food quality. Enhancement in quality and quantity of their clothes and increasing their ability to take family’s related decisions declared by 61.7% and 44% of respondents respectively. About 90.5% of rural women were able to make project’s related decisions and 85.6% of targeted women acknowledged a rise in self trust after the implementation of the project. The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between each of employment status before having the loan, project’s annual income and the dependent variable: rural woman’s successful project (at level of significance 1%) by using Logistic Equation. It was concluded that micro finance projects had a good impact on empowerment of rural women and activating their economic and social role. The projects also increased the family income and improving the living situation.
This research aims basically to highlight the role and importance of climate psychological empowerment (by its four dimensions) in the activation of organizational loyalty status of employees in Tourist Public Service Sector organizations (TPSS) at issue. For that reason, the researcher has randomly distributed copies of the questionnaire for 210 employees working in (TPSS). The results obtained are as follows: • There is a low rate of the climate psychological empowerment (by its four dimensions) in Tourist Public Service Sector organizations for the personnel concerned. • There is a low rate of organizational loyalty in Tourist Public Service Sector organizations for the personnel concerned. • There is a significant positive relationship between all the dimensions of the climate of psychological empowerment (Meaning, Autonomy, competence, Impact) and organizational loyalty. In the light of the results obtained, this study recommends that attention be given to activating the strategic role of human resources management, making them hold their advanced positions in order to be able to coordinate and integrate all their functions and then direct these functions towards supporting the climate of psychological empowerment for personnel through the establishment of an organizational culture supportive of creativity, enhanced by a flexible organic structure design allowing to practice these functions from a strategic behavioral perspective.
