The Research aims at recognizing the opinions of public high school teachers in Lattakia governorate, And determine the difference in their opinions according to many variables as: (Teacher Gender, School Place, Experience and both the Educational an d Scientific Qualifications). The Researcher chose a Sample, including 36 teacher of both genders "male and female" work in the Public High School during the school year 2013-2014. And to achieve the purposes of the Research, the Researcher designed a questionnaire. Then , the questionnaire to committee of nine arbitrators in both Damascus and Tishreen University, where the committee proved the questionnaire after it was applied to the group of 30 teachers, then calculating (Alfa Cronbagh), which evaluates in 0.91. The research showed the following results:(The size of the school violence is in the medium magnitude, and the Results showed that there are no important differences between the opinions of teachers of high school in Lattakia about the extent of the school violence there are in schools, according to the following variables:(Teacher Gender, School Place) and that there are important differences according to the following variables(teacher Experience and educational scientific qualification). In Conclusion, the Research included some proposals, the more important of them:( Find a substitute for the Beating Prevention Law, in way aims at making the student bears a part of his responsibility towards his life, study and school, and Open a discussion with students to express their opinions, and give trust to them).
This research aims to reveal the difficulties faced by the tenth grade students in learning material information technology in secondary schools official in Lattakia province. To achieve this goal has been prepared questionnaire consisting of 40 it ems divided into (5) domains. Applied to the (248) students in the tenth grade in Lattakia province The results showed that most of the difficulties faced by the students were as follows: In the field of physical difficulties: number of computers are limited compared to the large number of students. In the field of educational difficulties related to the course: the lack of modern educational programs that help in learning faster. Difficulties in the field of teaching style: Do not give students enough freedom to practice computers well. Difficulties in related to evaluation ways: interested in the theoretical evaluation at the expense of practical one. In the area of personal difficulties: the lack of a computer in my house - There are no differences between males and females about the difficulties they face in learning the information technology course. - There are no differences between rural students and students in the city about the difficulties they face in learning the information technology course.
The study aims to identify the reality of administrative empowerment among secondary school principals in Lattakia Governorate according to its dimensions (delegation of powers, teamwork, decision making, support and support), and study the differ ences between managers in the reality of administrative empowerment (sub dimensions and scale as a whole) Years of experience in administrative work, scientific qualification. The research was based on a descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (152) managers and managers, of which (138) were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 90.79%. Using the appropriate statistical methods, the most important research results were: Secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate have generally good administrative capacity, and sub-dimensions: delegation of authority, teamwork, decision making, support and support. The gender variable does not affect the degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate, where there were no statistically significant differences between the average managers and managers in the general administrative empowerment situation. As for the subdivisions, there was a difference in support, Decision in favor of males. The degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate has increased with the number of years of experience and scientific qualification. There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of managers according to the variables of years of experience in administrative work and the scientific qualifications. And for the qualification of graduate studies, at the level of sub-dimensions, and the scale as a whole.
