هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التمكين الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة اللاذقية وفقاً لأبعاده (تفويض الصلاحيات, العمل الجماعي, اتخاذ القرار, الدعم و الإسناد), و دراسة الفروق بين المديرين في واقع التمكين الإداري (الأبعاد الفرعية و المقياس ككل) تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس, سنوات الخبرة في العمل الإداري, المؤهل العلمي. اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي, و تمّ تطوير استبانة و توزيعها على عينة بلغت (152) مديراً و مديرة, و أعيد منها (138) استبانة كاملة و صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي, و بنسبة استجابة بلغت (90.79%). و باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة كان من أهم نتائج البحث: إنّ مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة اللاذقية لديهم تمكين إداري جيد بشكل عام, و على مستوى الأبعاد الفرعية: تفويض الصلاحيات, العمل الجماعي, اتخاذ القرار, الدعم و الإسناد. لا يؤثر متغير الجنس على درجة التمكين الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة اللاذقية, حيث تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المديرين و المديرات في واقع التمكين الإداري بشكل عام, أما فيما يتعلق بالأبعاد الفرعية فقد تبين وجود فرق في بعدي الدعم و الإسناد و اتخاذ القرار لصالح الذكور. ترتفع درجة التمكين الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة اللاذقية بارتفاع عدد سنوات الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي, حيث تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المديرين تبعاً لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة في العمل الإداري, و المؤهل العلمي, و كانت الفروق لصالح سنوات الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات, و لصالح المؤهل العلمي دراسات عليا, و ذلك على مستوى الأبعاد الفرعية, و المقياس ككل.
The study aims to identify the reality of administrative empowerment among secondary school principals in Lattakia Governorate according to its dimensions (delegation of powers, teamwork, decision making, support and support), and study the differences between managers in the reality of administrative empowerment (sub dimensions and scale as a whole) Years of experience in administrative work, scientific qualification. The research was based on a descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (152) managers and managers, of which (138) were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 90.79%. The degree of administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in Lattakia governorate has increased with the number of years of experience and scientific qualification. There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of managers according to the variables of years of experience in administrative work and the scientific qualifications. And for the qualification of graduate studies, at the level of sub-dimensions, and the scale as a whole.

The objective of the research is to identify the level of the practice of secondary school
principals in Lattakia for ethical leadership from the point of view of teachers according to
the following axes: the administrative qualities of the headmas
ter, the administrative
qualities of the principal, human relations. And to study the differences between the
teachers 'estimates of the degree of their managers' conduct of the ethical leadership due to
the variables: gender, scientific qualification and the number of years of service. The
research was based on a descriptive approach. The research community included all
teachers in secondary education in Lattakia. The sample of the research was a random

of them were fully researched and valid for statistical analysis. With a response rate of
(93.2%).
The results of the study showed that the level of secondary school principals in Lattakia for

followed one or more courses. There were no differences regarding the obstacles of using
educational techniques and laboratory equipment in vocational schools.
The research concluded with a set of proposals aimed at developing the use of
educational techniques and laboratory equipment in vocational secondary schools in
Lattakia Governorate.
