The aim of this study was to identify the level of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The study examines the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational
Effectiveness from the perspective of workers in Damascus Electricity General Company.
In order to achieve these objectives the researcher used the Correlational Research approach. Questionnaire consisted of (45) items has designed to collect the primary data, it has been distributed to a sample of (82) employees, a (51) Questionnaires were analyzed by using the statistical program (SPSS).
Findings indicated a high level of transformational leadership where the average (4.69), a medium degree of organizational commitment of workers where the mean value reached (3.50), the ratings of a sample of organizational effectiveness was medium where the average (3.48).The study concludes that there is a statistically significant effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness.
The study recommended to increase the practice of Transformational Leadership. Because of its role in creating the organizational commitment of employees, in order to increase the level of organizational effectiveness of company, which will reflected on raising the level of company’ economic and social performance.
This study was conducted to investigate the influence of
Transformational leadership on increasing the effectiveness of public
organizations, supposing that transformational leadership has a clear
impact in improving the performance of the organization as well as it
is an important and effective means to achieve success and growth
and to increase the effectiveness of organizations.
This study aimed to identify the impact of the transformational
leadership(Charismatic influence, individualized consideration) on
the organizational change Management at public Hospitals in the
Syrian Coast.
Research primary information were col
lected through a
questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of research
community, the data was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program.
After the study and analysis the research reached to some of the
important results:
1- There is a correlation relationship between the dimensions of
the transformational leadership and the organizational change
Management.
2- There is a significant impact of the Charismatic influence and
individualized consideration on the organizational change
Management.

members and Organizational performance definition And measured it Through
the comparative performance and internal performance, The study aimed to
investigate the impact of tra

in the company centers syriatel In Damascus, a sample of the company's
service centers in Syria on organizational performance of the company.
The study found that there are elements of the transformational leadership of
influential and inspirational stimulation and individual consideration and
empowerment on organizational performance and the performance of the
comparative performance of internal company syriatel, As well as the study
found that there were no significant differences between the study sample for
the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational
performance.
The organization's success depends on many factors, the most
important of is the human resources one because of its
prominent role in creating a competitive organization
position, which is not only to find the same high level of
human teams for t
he best performance, but there is the
concept of transformational leadership that will be studied to
examine to which extent the departments and managements
of banks listed on the Damascus Stock Exchange of the
importance of transformational leadership style in the
performance of tasks, and improve efficiency and increase
efficiency in organizations.
This study aimed to identify the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), of the Employees in Syrian commercial bank
in Damascus. This study has been testing hypotheses from the viewpoint of employee
s in
the Commercial Bank of Syria.
To achieve the objectives of this study, were prepared a questionnaire, in order to
collect primary data from the research sample, and after ascertaining the validity of the
study tools and internal consistency of the words of the variables, were tested the
hypotheses, using the SPSS program.
This study concluded by a number of results:
A weak positive impact of Transformational leadership style on the organizational
citizenship behavior.
A weak positive impact of (Leader Personality) on the organizational citizenship
behavior.
A very weak positive impact of (Inspirational Motivation) on the organizational
citizenship behavior.
A very weak positive impact of (The privacy of relationship between leader and
employee) on the organizational citizenship behavior.
The purpose of the research is to identify the reality of the transformational
leadership in the general secondary schools in Damascus, and the suggestions for
activating its application from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher design
ed a
questionnaire consisting of (28) items divided into five axes. After being verified and
validated, (220) members of the administrative staff, and (347) members of the teaching
staff, and after the necessary statistical treatments, the research showed results, the most
important of which are the following:
- The average score of secondary school principals for transformational leadership
(2.56), ie average grade.
- There were no statistically significant differences between the average degree of
principals of secondary education for transformational leadership according to the
variables: years of experience, scientific qualification and gender of the sample members.
- There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of
the members of the administrative body, and the average responses of faculty members on
the reality of transformational leadership.
- - Appreciating the efforts of the employees, providing them with incentive
incentives, and setting up training courses for managers in the field of transformational
leadership are the most important proposals of the sample to activate the application of
transformational management in secondary education schools.
This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in
Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role
of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for
admi
nistrative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of
this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive
inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of
(123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study
concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its
dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized
consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the
banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned
with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.

This study examined the role of transformational leadership in improving the morale of the employees, through a survey study on employees in Latakia banks. This study aimed to examine transformational leadership dimensions, Identify the level of mora
le employees in the studied banks, and the study of the relationship between transformational leadership and improve the level of morale among workers in the studied banks. The research sample (276) Single, has been relying on multiple factors driving scale (MLQ Form X5) for measuring transformational leadership, and the Standart (Linz et al, 2006) and (Khalidi, 2008) to measure morale, and reached stability alfa Cronbach questionnaire coefficient prepared a whole (96.6%), and based on descriptive statistics (averages and standard deviations),( t ) test for one sample, And testing of multiple linear regression, and the researcher concluded to the following results: _ The administrative leaders in the study of banks practicing transformational leadership. _ The level of morale is fairly high in the studied banks. _ There is a positive relationship significant differences between the practice of transformational leadership and the level of morale in the studied banks. _ There is a positive relationship significant differences between the idealize influence the level of morale in the studied banks. _ There is a positive relationship significant differences between the encouragement of creativity and the level of morale in the studied banks. _ There were significant positive correlation between moral motivation and inspirational level of morale in the studied banks. _ There is a positive relationship significant differences between individual attention and the level of morale in the studied banks.
