We can notice nowadays that globalization, with its own variety of means, has worked and is still working to spread chaos and violence and to destroy affiliation through its project oriented against women, youth and childhood. Globalization is trying to uproot their identity and affiliations and subordinate them to the market economy that disregards the sense of nationalism and replace it with a bank account and credit card number. It also works to objectify our humanity and change it into a commodity to change the individual into a domesticated human being in rigid molds, wasting his/her existence and transforming them into a tool. The image of female body is no more than an advertising tool, used for the promotion of various merchandise through focusing on the instinctive sexual aspects. This transforms women into a myth with multiple connotations (distraction and "breastfeeding" entertainment, violence and delinquency, excitement of physical desires, etc). Has TV drama on Syrian TV satellite channels contributed to the promotion of this image? Or has it worked to change this image and reduce the phenomenon of domestic violence actually practised? What are the recommendations and suggestions that can enrich this research and provide solutions regarding the phenomenon of domestic violence against women in our society? .
Women occupied the foreground and background of poems. Poets wrote poems about her, describing her in detail. The technique used to depict these features that gave the poem its form is one that had been brought to existence by that era. This techniq ue imposed on the poem the outlines so that it came out typically representative of the prevailing social status quo. The woman, in Jahili poetry, is a beautiful image by which poets decorate the beginnings of their poems. Their relationship with the woman is on one occasion defined by exalting and respect, and on the other defined by deprecation and lust. The woman in Jahili poetry is different from the woman in Umayyad or Abbasid poetry, in terms of both status and social predisposition. Although the figure of the woman dominates poetry, it dominates it in the way the era and the poet choose. As to the status and the degeneration of the woman in the Abbasid Era, the poets' points of view vary. She is no more the appraised beauty that looks like the moon's light and the sunrise. It would be of no surprise to see poems neglecting the woman, or others referring to her along with entertainment, wine and moral degeneration. The woman becomes a symbol of seduction and corruption, represented by a cunning courtesan, or a nun.

Women shared men in the cultural aspects of life during the Abbasid ear, by proving to be famous poets and authors. A group of women were very creative in poetry through its various topics, such as praise, criticism and other topics. In Prose, wo men expressed their wide background knowledge especially in two main areas in prose: the art of personal correspondence and the art of dedication. Women's contribution in the field of literature during the Abbasid time, was actually a reflection of their interaction with the cultural background of that era and an attempt for meeting the needs to be open to the new civilisation arid a reflection of the ability to mingle with other types of art in all fields. Women's contribution therefore is an indication of their mental and intellectual potentials and the prominent role they played by that time to give in the end a good example through their genuine literature and writing..
