Customer Retention Management (CRM) provides a strong competitive advantage for
the organization to stay in the market. It helps management to track customer interactions
with the organization and allows employees access to all customer,s previous
information;
CRM gains its importance by creating a strategic vision to achieve the organization's goals
of maintaining customers and reaching loyalty through integration with marketing policies
and product development To increase the sales of the organization and to make offers that
attract the target customer and interact with him in a way that ensures its preservation.
The aim of the study is to define the reality of the application of CRM during the crisis
period )8402-8400( in the Syrian private banks in Lattakia, and study the dimensions of
customer relationship management in these banks, and then study the impact of these
dimensions on the performance indicators that were measured through indicators of
profitability, customer complaints, strong relationships with customers, customer
satisfaction and loyalty. In order to achieve this, two main hypotheses were formulated.
The researcher used the questionnaire technique to collect the data analyzed using
statistical tests, the most important of which were the one-sample t. test, and the Pearson
Correlation test. The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which is:
a good evaluation of the availability of CRM dimensions in the studied banks, and there is
a positive relationship between these dimensions and performance.

The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between Knowledge Management and
Identification of Training Needs at Tishreen University by defining the role of Knowledge
Management in the Process of Identifying Training Needs. The researcher
relied on Both,
the Deductive Approach as a general method, and the Descriptive Approach. He distributed
a questionnaire to (303) of Employees in the Central Administration at Tishreen University,
retrieving (274) Questionnaires, which were valid for use (264) questionnaire, and
then conducted a field study for the purpose of this relationship, where the researcher used Pearson
Correlation Coefficient, as well as the Coefficient of Selection.
The researcher found through the study, that there is a fairly acceptable practice of
Knowledge Management at Tishreen University, in addition to the weakness of the Senior
Management of the University in the research in Support of the Process of Identifying
Training Needs.
The study concluded that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge Management
and the Process of Identifying Training Needs. Therefore, there is a Role of
Knowledge Management in the Process of Identifying Training Needs at Tishreen University.
This study also reached a set of recommendations and proposals that would positively
contribute to improving the role of Knowledge Management in the Process of Identifying
Training Needs.
This research aims to identify the application of knowledge management processes in
secondary schools and their relation to the performance of their teachers from the point of
view of the teachers in Lattakia city, and to identify the effect these
variables (kind, the
scientific qualification and educational, the experience, age) on the application of
knowledge management processes and teachers performance. The present research used
the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the research,
questionnaire has been consisted of (37) statements for the application of knowledge
management processes, and a questionnaire consisted of (26) statements for performance
of their teachers, were applied on sample (378) Teaching Staff Members during the
academic year of (2016 - 2017). The present research used the descriptive analytical
approach, Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (9) of the teaching
staff of educational at Tishreen University.
The research results showed that the degree of application of knowledge
management processes in secondary schools and the performance of their teachers were
middle rated from the point of view of the teachers, also results showed there is a positive
correlation between application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools
and the performance of their teachers, and is a positive effect to interaction between these
variables (kind, the scientific qualification and educational, the experience, age) and
application of knowledge management processes and teachers performance. The research
suggested given more important for knowledge management in the schools, ant puts the
clear path to storing the knowledge, and used it in developing the performance work in
schooling.
The research aims to examine the relationship between
organizational culture on the one hand, and between knowledge
management practices in Tishreen University, on the other hand, where
the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a sample of the
colleges in
the University of Tishreen reached (205) questionnaire was recovered
(222) to identify them, it was good of them use (158) questionnaire. To
test the relationship, the researcher used the Student T test for one sample,
as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient.
This study aims to analyze and define the role of knowledge
management in improving the financial performance of the commercial
banks operating in the Syrian coast, the study relied on the method of
approach Alastenbatih as a way to search, and th
e researcher depends on
the resolution as a tool for the study was designed based on the lookout
researcher on previous studies in this area, was distributed researcher
(187) to identify the sample items in the three administrative levels in
commercial banks under study, the study found the results pointed to a
correlation between knowledge management and financial performance
relationship, allowing the researcher to conclude viable conclusions and
use them as allowed him to provide recommendations are seen as
contributing to the improvement of the financial performance of
commercial banks under study and all similar banks organizationally and
technically.
The organization's success depends on many factors, the most
important of is the human resources one because of its
prominent role in creating a competitive organization
position, which is not only to find the same high level of
human teams for t
he best performance, but there is the
concept of transformational leadership that will be studied to
examine to which extent the departments and managements
of banks listed on the Damascus Stock Exchange of the
importance of transformational leadership style in the
performance of tasks, and improve efficiency and increase
efficiency in organizations.
This study aimed to determine the requirements and constraints of the application of
knowledge management at Tishreen University. The study area was a set of employees in
the central administration of Tishreen University. The researcher used the qu
estionnaire as
a tool to collect data, where 160 questionnaires were recovered from a total of 200
distributed.
The result of this study found an urgent requirement for the application of knowledge
management is the organizational culture, organizational structure and information
technology, in addition to a number of direct obstacles, including: lack of clarity of the
concept of knowledge management at most of the studied sample, and failure to allocate
sufficient funding to be applied at Tishreen University.
This study aims to identify the concept of Knowledge management as considering it
as one of the new management theory that many organization trying to apply it useful of
his advantage, also the aim was to identify the Knowledge procedures and cause
s of return
of libraries and information system to Knowledge management, in addition to identify
requester of Knowledge management application in the libraries. The research design was
the theory deism as most appropriate for this study. The results of this research show that
there was no significant different between libraries duties, information systems, and
Knowledge management procedures, also that the most important requisites of Knowledge
management application in libraries was existing of three elements which are:
organizational culture, organizational knowledge, knowledge management technology.
Research aimed at identifying the role of knowledge management in improving institutional performance of the employees at the University of Damascus, and to identify significant differences in the answers the sample search to identify knowledge manag
ement according to variables research: (academic rank, years of experience, job description), has adopted a researcher on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the search tool: (questionnaire knowledge management), where the research sample included 243 teaching faculty member at the University of Damascus.
Among the most important findings of the research:
There are significant differences between the average Answers members of the research sample to identify knowledge management variable according to academic rank in favor of individuals who have the academic rank of professor.
There are significant differences between the average Answers members of the research sample to identify knowledge management variable according to years of experience for the benefit of individuals who have years of experience (21 + years).
There are significant differences between the average Answers members of the research sample to identify knowledge management variable according to the job description for the benefit of individuals who had the job description (Dean of the Faculty, Vice-Dean).
In light of the research findings ,the researcher proposes the following:
1. Create a house of expertise and decision support at the university through the creation of an constantly updated database and information systems that everyone works in its preparation that provide the employees and departments with the necessary quantitative and qualitative information in the appropriate time and appropriate way, as one of the most important processes of knowledge management.
2. The necessity of taking the three-dimensional key of knowledge: hardware , software, knowledge resources in addition to the human recourses , the knowledge generator and maker and the most important element in this integrated system, which is the substantive equivalent of the physical system.
