The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between Knowledge Management and Identification of Training Needs at Tishreen University by defining the role of Knowledge Management in the Process of Identifying Training Needs. The researcher relied on Both, the Deductive Approach as a general method, and the Descriptive Approach. He distributed a questionnaire to (303) of Employees in the Central Administration at Tishreen University, retrieving (274) Questionnaires, which were valid for use (264) questionnaire, and then conducted a field study for the purpose of this relationship, where the researcher used Pearson Correlation Coefficient, as well as the Coefficient of Selection. The researcher found through the study, that there is a fairly acceptable practice of Knowledge Management at Tishreen University, in addition to the weakness of the Senior Management of the University in the research in Support of the Process of Identifying Training Needs. The study concluded that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge Management and the Process of Identifying Training Needs. Therefore, there is a Role of Knowledge Management in the Process of Identifying Training Needs at Tishreen University. This study also reached a set of recommendations and proposals that would positively contribute to improving the role of Knowledge Management in the Process of Identifying Training Needs.

This study aimed at recognizing the role of Intellectual Capital in the process of administration reform at Syrian Governmental Universities-Tishreen University- as If Tishreen University was able to having a human capital with experience, knowledge and skills at Tishreen University will benefit both the university and the society. The researcher relied on a survey methodology; He conducted a Field study by distributing a questionnaire on a research sample represented by teaching staff and administrative staff in Central administration to have their opinions. The most important results in this study are the university to have a human capital which is able to make the reform process, but this capital is not well-performed due to lack of training programmes, low financial support needed for conducting scientific researches and to participate in abroad publication. The current administrative procedures do not help to make this reform properly. The most important recommendation in this research is to reform the scientific research to create a new trend of knowledge.
The study aime to clarify the concept of management, its importance, dimensions and requirements for its application in the organization under study, and to clarify the role of applying performance management in achieving success for the organization . The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach in her study, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was designed, and it was distributed to (119) respondents, from which (117) were retrieved, and (110) questionnaires were suitable for analysis, and the research community was made up of a cadre Workers at Tishreen University in Lattakia Governorate (university president, department heads, divisional heads, and employees), and then relied on the SPSS program as a tool for analyzing the available data. This research aimed to study the relationship between job rotation and organizational performance in administrative offices at Tishreen University, where job rotation is dealt with as one dimension. Whereas, organizational performance was measured th rough the two dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed to /363/ individual workers in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University, and the stability of the scale was confirmed by the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. In order to test the hypotheses, appropriate statistical methods were used where both researchers used descriptive statistics, a difference test for one sample ‘one sample t test’, and the Pearson test to test the linear correlation between the study variables. Through testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, including: The low level of job rotation and the low level of both efficiency and organizational effectiveness in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University. There is a moderate strength positive relationship between job rotation and organizational effectiveness. There is a strong positive relationship between job rotation and organizational efficiency.
This study aimed to determine the role of direct marketing through its means (direct mail, internet, catalog, phone) in improving customer satisfaction at Tishreen University in Lattakia Governorate. The researcher followed the descriptive and analyt ical approach in his study, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was completed It was designed, and it was distributed to (179) respondents, of which (175) were retrieved, and (171) questionnaires were valid for analysis, and the research community was formed from clients of Tishreen University in Lattakia Governorate. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between Tools of direct marketing (direct mail, internet, catalog, phone) and customer satisfaction. The average of the responses of the sample members for the direct mail variable was 2.41, which indicates that the university does not send its service offers to clients via direct mail, and that the university does not send its offers to current clients only, and that the university does not formulate mail messages (marketing offers) in a personal capacity, and that the rates The response is not very high due to the use of direct mail.
The research aimed to identifying the Opinion of Sample of worker at Tishreen University in the role strategic Planning importance, Crisis Educational Management, also to define the differences in Opinion of Sample to these variable the scientific qualification. To achieve the objectives of this research, questionnaire has included the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational Management consisted of (52) items, has been applied during the academic year of (2015 - 2016) on sample (278) members, The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen. The final results showed that the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational Management were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences between the sample answers, about the strategic Planning importance, and their role in Crisis Educational Management according to variable the scientific qualification. The Research presented suggestions concerning of to adopt strategic planning as a tool for changing and developing administrative work and specialized workshops in strategic Planning.
