Research aimed at identifying the role of knowledge management in improving institutional performance of the employees at the University of Damascus, and to identify significant differences in the answers the sample search to identify knowledge management according to variables research: (academic rank, years of experience, job description), has adopted a researcher on the descriptive analytical approach, and used the search tool: (questionnaire knowledge management), where the research sample included 243 teaching faculty member at the University of Damascus. Create a house of expertise and decision support at the university through the creation of an constantly updated database and information systems that everyone works in its preparation that provide the employees and departments with the necessary quantitative and qualitative information in the appropriate time and appropriate way, as one of the most important processes of knowledge management. 2. The necessity of taking the three-dimensional key of knowledge: hardware , software, knowledge resources in addition to the human recourses , the knowledge generator and maker and the most important element in this integrated system, which is the substantive equivalent of the physical system.

This study aims to analyze and define the role of knowledge management in improving the financial performance of the commercial banks operating in the Syrian coast, the study relied on the method of approach Alastenbatih as a way to search, and th e researcher depends on the resolution as a tool for the study was designed based on the lookout researcher on previous studies in this area, was distributed researcher (187) to identify the sample items in the three administrative levels in commercial banks under study, the study found the results pointed to a correlation between knowledge management and financial performance relationship, allowing the researcher to conclude viable conclusions and use them as allowed him to provide recommendations are seen as contributing to the improvement of the financial performance of commercial banks under study and all similar banks organizationally and technically.
The study aims at defining the reality of educational-management crisis which faces Tishreen University from the view point of the staff and administrative members and at defining the differences in the administrative methods of crisis-management acc ording to these variables (the scientific qualification, the experience, the faculty, and the sort of job). In addition to some suggestions concerning the best Administrative methods of Crisis-management at Tishreen University, and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire has been applied on a sample of (278) individuals during the academic year of (2014 - 2015). It consisted of (52) statements distributed into five sections (planning of educational management, the process of communication during the crisis, the importance of information in crisis-management, the financial and human abilities which are variable to Crisis management, and the extent of works credibility and their belonging to the University). The validity of the questionnaire was approved depending on some specializers and experts in both the education and economics faculties at Tishreen University. There were (9) referees, the total reliability factor was (0.755). The result of the research proved that the crisis-management at the University was of an average level in addition to statistical significant difference concerning the degree of crisis-management according to the variable of the scientific qualification. It also showed no statistical significant difference according to the variables of experience, the faculty, and the sort of job. The researcher suggested preparing training sessions and specialized workshops in crisis-management at the University to raise some awareness about it.
This research aimed to study the relationship between job rotation and organizational performance in administrative offices at Tishreen University, where job rotation is dealt with as one dimension. Whereas, organizational performance was measured th rough the two dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed to /363/ individual workers in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University, and the stability of the scale was confirmed by the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. In order to test the hypotheses, appropriate statistical methods were used where both researchers used descriptive statistics, a difference test for one sample ‘one sample t test’, and the Pearson test to test the linear correlation between the study variables. Through testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, including: The low level of job rotation and the low level of both efficiency and organizational effectiveness in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University. There is a moderate strength positive relationship between job rotation and organizational effectiveness. There is a strong positive relationship between job rotation and organizational efficiency.
This research aims to identify the application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools and their relation to the performance of their teachers from the point of view of the teachers in Lattakia city, and to identify the effect these variables (kind, the scientific qualification and educational, the experience, age) on the application of knowledge management processes and teachers performance. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the research, questionnaire has been consisted of (37) statements for the application of knowledge management processes, and a questionnaire consisted of (26) statements for performance of their teachers, were applied on sample (378) Teaching Staff Members during the academic year of (2016 - 2017). The present research used the descriptive analytical approach, Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (9) of the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen University. The research results showed that the degree of application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools and the performance of their teachers were middle rated from the point of view of the teachers, also results showed there is a positive correlation between application of knowledge management processes in secondary schools and the performance of their teachers, and is a positive effect to interaction between these variables (kind, the scientific qualification and educational, the experience, age) and application of knowledge management processes and teachers performance. The research suggested given more important for knowledge management in the schools, ant puts the clear path to storing the knowledge, and used it in developing the performance work in schooling.
The research aims to identify the reality of change management in educational institutions and the requirements of their application as perceived by members of its teaching. And to identify the differences between the degrees of sample member's respo nses to a questionnaire of reality of change management depending on the research variables (sex, academic rank, years of experience). The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method, and used a questionnaire consisting of five areas:(future vision of educational institutions, organizational culture that support change, workers look to the process of change, a strategy of educational institutions in the process of change, financial and technical requirements). The sample consisted of (231) member of the faculity staff in Damascus University. Among the most important findings of the research: 1) There is no statistically significant differences in the significance level (0.05) between the mean of sample member's responses to a questionnaire of the reality of change management and its requirements in accordance to the sex variable. 2) There are differences between the degrees of teachers responses to a questionnaire of the reality of change management and its requirements in accordance to the variable of academic rank according to the faculty staff members. 3) There are differences between the degrees of teachers responses to a questionnaire of the reality of change management and its requirements in accordance to the variable of number of years of experience according to the teaching staff members who have years of experience between (11-20) years. In light of the research findings , the researcher suggests the following: The necessity of opening the door to professors at different administrative levels to participate in the decision-making process by the Ministry of Education. Ø The necessity of strengthen the staff confidence of the evaluation system through the administration work to be the performance estimates more public , not secret. Ø Create an organizational culture and climate encourage the academics and expertise people higher education institutions to move towards excellence, creativity and innovation
