The study aimed at identify the degree of meeting the teachers of
schools in AL-Hassakeh city to the total quality management
standards in teaching from point of view the headteachers.
In recent decades, the number of children in nurseries has increased
significantly throughout the world, increasing their exposure to
communicable diseases, so this analytical survey study aimed to
develop standards for control of communicable dis
eases in nurseries
at Lattakia and to assess the procedures and practices applied to
control these diseases, two groups of elements were used: the first
group included thirty experts from different fields and specialties as
a committee of arbitrators for the initial standards and the second
included 20 nurseries selected from 80 nurseries located in Lattakia
using cluster random sampling method, two tools were developed:
to initial standards and to assess the procedures and practices
applied to control of communicable diseases.
The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of
quality standards for the components of the university curriculum
according to the approach of curriculum engineering, from the
point of view of the faculty and technical staff in a number
of
faculties at Al-Baath University, in addition to the difference in
views on the degree of availability of the standards according to
the variable type of college.

This research aimed to identify the degree Availability of Quality Assurance
Standards in Teacher Preparation Program in Elementary Education in Aleppo University
from the Viewpoints of the Involved in the Education College of the Aleppo University

perspective, depending on the following variables (educational qualification; years of
experience), Descriptive analytical methodology was used in this study, the study sample
included(84) members of the Involved employees in the Education College of the Aleppo
University for the academic year 2016-2017. To achieve the aim of this study, a
questionnaire was designed, consisting of five study areas which included (65) paragraphs
that expressing the employees’ views at the Involved in the Education College of the
Aleppo University.
The results showed that the degree Availability of Quality Assurance Standards in
Teacher Preparation Program in Elementary Education in Aleppo University from the
Viewpoints of the Involved in the Education College of the Aleppo University in the areas
of the questionnaire were moderate ,the results exhibited significant differences according
to the changing in the educational qualification among professor and professor assistant,
while there were no significant differences materially depending on a variable number of
years of experience as it came probability value greater than (0.05) at each axis of the axes
of the degree of availability of quality assurance standards, and at the aggregate level, the
level of confidence (95%) and (2.81 ) degrees of freedom, presented This research
presented suggestions: activating the principle of transparent objectivity and questioning of
all the faculty members; reconsidering the principle of acceptance to students; developing
a curriculum of teacher preparation standards to include complementary decisions included
general education, vocational side and Specialistic side; working to provide buildings,
equipments and sources of appropriate workshops which all contribute to achieve a level
of education quality.
The study aimed to assess the extent to which the teachers of the first cycle of basic
education in Al-Hasakah achieved the criteria of TQM from the point of view of the
principals of these schools. The researcher used a questionnaire which include
d the
following criteria: 1. Planning and designing educational attitudes; 2. Providing, 3 - the
ability to understand the scientific material and understand the nature and integration with
other materials, 4 - the use of strategies and techniques of education, 5 - assessment of
students and follow - up learning outcomes, 6 - cooperation with his superiors and
colleagues, students and parents. The study found that the TQM standards of the teachers
of the first cycle in basic education in Al-Hasakah governorate from the point of view of
managers were very high for all standards except for the criterion of using the strategies
and the educational techniques were achieved with a medium degree.
There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research
sample according to the gender variable in favor of females. There were statistically
significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the
variable of administrative experience for the benefit of those with experience from 1-5
years. Evaluation. In the light of previous findings, the study presented some suggestions
that can be traded to improve the quality of teachers' performance in accordance with TQM
standards.
This research aims at defining the degree of use teaching methods by
teachers in first grade in Damascus city according to National
standards of curriculum in the Syrian Arab Republic From their point of
