The search aims for the study of the positions of parents and kindergarten teachers on intergration of special needs children at kindergarten. Besides, the search is on for reavel the different opinions between parents and kindergarten teachers The sample included(60)teachers divided over fifteen kindergartens in Homs, (30)children parents, and, (30)special needs children parents.The searcher prepared a questionnaire with /27/ items divided over three main fields: Personality, Education and Relationship.It was verified of the stability of the questionnaire. It was concluded with following results: -There are statistical variation between teacher attitudes and the attitudes of parents of special needs children in the process of intgeration in kindergarten at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship. -There are not any statistical variations between the attitudes of teachers and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significans of 5% -There are statistical variation between the attitudes of parents of special needs children and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship. Finally, the search concluded a set of proposals.
The research aims to identify the level of decision-making skills of managers of special kindergartens in the province of Homs . Defines habilitation and culture prevailing patterns of directors of special kindergartens. And defines the relationsh ip between the decision-making skills of managers special kindergartens, and between habilitation and culture prevailing in Riyadh institutions. And know the differences between the averages of the answers sample individuals to identify decision-making skills and patterns of habilitation and culture depending on the variables of research: (qualification, training courses). The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method, and used to identify decision-making skills, and identifying patterns of habilitation and culture. Included sample(82), director of special kindergarten.
The research has aimed at recognizing the degree of functional satisfaction for kindergarten teacher women in Tartous and Lattakia governorates. It has also aimed at recognition of differences in the level of satisfaction according to four variable s. The research has used the descriptive and analytical method and the specimen has included (180) teacher women of the kindergartens in two governorates. In order to achieve its aims the research has used a questionnaire of four axis and (62) parties representing the functional satisfaction of kindergarten teacher women. The results have indicated that teacher women are satisfied with looking after children, where as they are somewhat satisfied with three axis the results have also shown significant difference in the degree of functional satisfaction according to the variable of the relation attachment- connection of the kindergarten in favor of the public kindergartens, it has also been shown significant differences according to the variable of the social status in favor of single teacher women. There have also been significant difference according to the variable of experience in favor of experienced with less than five years. so, there have been significant difference according to the variable of educational level in favor of teachers with secondary certificates and intermediate institute. finally the research has offered many suggestion.
The objective of this study is to observe the opinions degree of directors and teachers toward application acceptability of Montessori Method Goals within public Kindergartens in Damascus province. The specimen of the study represented (128) teache r for academic year 2012 – 1013, and applied them a questionnaire composed of (72) items. And used means, T – Test, ANOVA and Scheffe tests, Reliability was established (0.94), and (0.94) by Cronbach – Alpha. The results indicated that there were various grades between high, medium and weak degree of opinions. On the other hand there were differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification and experience in favor of educational graduates and of those who have more than ten years' experience, whereas there were no differences attributed to the variable of job position. Researcher has suggested several proposals just like to give child a sufficient value to his physical skills, to develop and take care about permanent curious of the child, to enhance the non-centralized initiate of administration to be more flexibility and open minded and constant training for both directors and teachers depending on quality education.
This study aimed at arranging the items of cognitive abilities test (primary battery) by using Rash s one parameter model , In addition ,different forms for interpreting the individuals level of ability were carried out. The test was conducted on a sample of (1081) students from Lattakia schools and kindergarten . using "SPSS" program and Winsteps for statistical treatment in accordance with Rasch Model. The results showed the necessity of omitting (38) items of cognitive abilities test because they were not fitting the model. The remain items that were left were (172). And proved the validity and the reliability of the test. Moreover, the present study form criteria for percentiles rank, T scores, and standardized intelligent quiescent that equal for the different individual ability.
يهدف البحث إلى رصد واقع البيئة التربوية في رياض الأطفال في مدينة دمشق، و من ثم ينطلق إلى وضع تصور للبيئة التربوية المتعلقة ببناء الروضة و تجهيزاتهـا وفقـاً لمعايير الجودة المطلوبة، و ذلك بالاعتماد على متطلبات برامج التعليم المفتوح و برامج الأنشطة و برامج الأركان. و قد طبق البحث على (124) معلمة يعملن في (61) روضة خاصة من رياض أطفال مدينة دمشق، و قد استخدمت استبانه لسؤال المعلمات عن واقـع المبنـى و تجهيـزات الروضة و وسائلها، و تمت مقابلتهن لمعرفة مشكلاتهن و مقترحاتهن، كما تـم اعتمـاد الدراسة التحليلية الوصفية لرصد الواقع و لتحديد معايير جودة البناء و التجهيزات و من ثم تم اقتراح معايير لجودة البيئة التربوية في الروضة.
The research aims to identify the degree of the availability of sentimental goals in the developed curriculum for kindergarten in Syria. To achieve the aim, the descriptive approach and a list of sentimental goals by the researcher Ruba Aldrgla we re adopted. Therefore, an analytical content form prepared by the researcher was used to verify the veracity and persistence of the analysis, which both are achieved. The list includes 86 sentimental sub-goals classified into 12 major goals.
This research aims to identify the reality of the right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia, and its importance from the viewpoint of the parameters, it aims also to identify the differences in their views about the reality of the right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (kindergarten location, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience, training courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses a questionnaire that consists of (40) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the research which consists of (272) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2016- 2017). Results have shown that: 1- The right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia was present to an intermediate level, and its importance was present to a high level 2- There are no differences among sample members point of view regarding the level of the right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (years of experience). 3- There are differences according to kindergarten location in favor of the city, according to scientific and educational qualification in favor of the university degree educational campaign ,and according to training courses in favor of teachers who followed training courses.
The study also aims at detecting the differences between children in the level of creative thinking according to gender, Kindergarten type and Kindergarten place. , And the availability of some of the overall quality standards in kindergartens.
Effective prevention of communicable diseases in kindergartens do not only protect the health of children and staff, but ensure learning heavenly environment to support the healthy development of children. So this descriptive study aimed to assess the information of all kindergartens Teachers in 20 kindergartens using a random sample of cluster method at Lattakia City about communicable diseases and procedures to adjust the spread from 18/3/2015 through 10/5/2015. Data was collected by using a questionnaire developed by the researcher has achieved validity and reliability suitable for the study. Results of the study showed that the level of information level was average about the types of infectious diseases and very good with regard to ways transmission of infectious diseases and environmental factors cause. The study recommended: that the kindergartens administration in collaboration with the health sectors and the Directorate of Education to prepare and plan for health education programs on adjusting and prevent infectious diseases from spreading in kindergartens throughout the study year period and to identify effective strategies for health education.
