The study aimed to assess the extent to which the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in Al-Hasakah achieved the criteria of TQM from the point of view of the principals of these schools. The researcher used a questionnaire which include d the following criteria: 1. Planning and designing educational attitudes; 2. Providing, 3 - the ability to understand the scientific material and understand the nature and integration with other materials, 4 - the use of strategies and techniques of education, 5 - assessment of students and follow - up learning outcomes, 6 - cooperation with his superiors and colleagues, students and parents. The study found that the TQM standards of the teachers of the first cycle in basic education in Al-Hasakah governorate from the point of view of managers were very high for all standards except for the criterion of using the strategies and the educational techniques were achieved with a medium degree. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the gender variable in favor of females. There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the variable of administrative experience for the benefit of those with experience from 1-5 years. Evaluation. In the light of previous findings, the study presented some suggestions that can be traded to improve the quality of teachers' performance in accordance with TQM standards.
The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of qualification and years of experience and to find the suggestion set by the teachers to develop merge schools. The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire includes 18 items within 3 dimensions . It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and years of experience . Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students impairment.
The research aims to detect the possibility of secondary schools management in the city of Lattakia, according to total quality management from the perspective of teachers, And to know the differences in attitudes towards management of secondary sc hools, according to the concept of total quality depending on the following variables (sex, educational qualification, years of teaching experience). To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire composed was designed including (72) items distributed to the seven areas (scholar strategic planning, the quality of teaching and learning processes, Educational Evaluation, openness to the community, educational leadership actors, organizational culture in the school, and information management at the school).
