This study aimed to identify the training requirements of teachers in
classroom management as perceived by teachers themselves in first six
cases of the basic education in state education schools in the province of
Damascus, and to identify the ef
fect of each of the following independent
parameters: gender, the class which is taught by the teacher, scientific
qualification, educational qualification, years of experience.
This research aims at acquainting with the level of teachers’ knowledge in thefirst
stage in basic learning of reading and writing disabilitiesin Damascus Government and
knowingthe significance of differences on the level of teachers`knowledge acco
rding to the
variable of training Courses. The sample of the study consisted of (152) teachers who were
selected purposelyfrom the official schools in Damascus governorate. Twoquestionnaires
were applied on this sample, related to the knowledge reading and writing disabilities, and
prepared by the researched after they were tested for theirvalidity and reliability.
This research comes up with the following results:
• There was a low level of knowledge at first stage teachers in basic learning of
reading disabilitiesand the rate was (%37, 91).
• There was a low level of knowledge at first stage teachers in basic learning of
writingdisabilitiesand the rate was (%36, 89).
• There were statistical significant differences at the knowledge level of first stage
teachers in basic learning of reading disabilitiesaccording to the variable of training
courses, on the side of teachers` who followed training courses.
• There were statistical significant differences at the knowledge level of first stage
teachers in basic learning of writing Disabilitiesaccording to the variable of training
courses, on the side of teachers` who followed training courses.
The study aimed at recognizing the patterns of the class control
which are applied by teachers to master class disciplinary in the
Educational Directorate in Mafraq Governorate from the point of view of
the teachers. It also aimed at recognizing t
he effect of those independent
variables: sex, the stage which a teacher teaches, teacher’s scientific
qualification and years of experience.
The sample of the study consisted of (210) teachers chosen
randomly. The two researchers used an instrument for measuring the
degree of application of the class disciplinary patterns. The instrument
consists of (35) items which cover three class disciplinary patterns:
preventive pattern, abusive pattern and mastery pattern.
This study aimed at determining the perceptions of classroom
teachers and parents of the first three grade students toward their home
assignments. Fifty one of the classroom teachers and nine hundred forty
nine of the parents of first three grade
students were included as a sample
of the study. The questionnaire was used for both classroom teachers and
parents. Results revealed that the Teachers and parents agreed on the
importance of home assignment, but they disagreed about the kinds of
assignments, and the obstacles that hinder home work objectives. The
study recommends that classroom teachers and parents should give more
attention to the importance of homework in student's daily life. Teachers
and parents are advised to use homework as a mechanism for organizing
the student time as well as to teach students how to depend on
themselves.
The study aimed to assess the extent to which the teachers of the first cycle of basic
education in Al-Hasakah achieved the criteria of TQM from the point of view of the
principals of these schools. The researcher used a questionnaire which include
d the
following criteria: 1. Planning and designing educational attitudes; 2. Providing, 3 - the
ability to understand the scientific material and understand the nature and integration with
other materials, 4 - the use of strategies and techniques of education, 5 - assessment of
students and follow - up learning outcomes, 6 - cooperation with his superiors and
colleagues, students and parents. The study found that the TQM standards of the teachers
of the first cycle in basic education in Al-Hasakah governorate from the point of view of
managers were very high for all standards except for the criterion of using the strategies
and the educational techniques were achieved with a medium degree.
There were statistically significant differences among the members of the research
sample according to the gender variable in favor of females. There were statistically
significant differences among the members of the research sample according to the
variable of administrative experience for the benefit of those with experience from 1-5
years. Evaluation. In the light of previous findings, the study presented some suggestions
that can be traded to improve the quality of teachers' performance in accordance with TQM
standards.
The purpose of the research is to identify the degree of employment of teachers of
the first cycle of basic education of mental habits in teaching English language, as well as
knowledge of the differences in the employment of these habits according
to the variables
of the academic qualification and the number of years of teaching experience. The sample
consisted of (303) teachers and teachers The first cycle of basic education was chosen
randomly by the cluster of schools in the first cycle of basic education in Damascus
Governorate. They were asked to identify the teachers' use of mental habits in the teaching
of the English language by the researcher after verifying its validity and stability. The
results indicate that there is a low degree of teachers in the use of mental habits when
teaching the English language on the total score of the scale and in all mental habits except
the habits of listening comprehension and sympathy, and control of arrogance, thinking
about thinking, and finding humor that was a medium. The results showed that there were
statistically significant differences between the average teachers on the scale of the use of
mental habits in teaching English language according to the variable of scientific
qualification for teachers with diploma and postgraduate qualifications. And the existence
of statistically significant differences between the average teachers on the scale of the use
of mental habits in the teaching of the English language according to the variable years of
experience for teachers with (5) years of teaching experience and more except areas
(thinking and communicating clearly and accuracy / mutual thinking / risk responsibility)
The absence of differences between the members of the research sample according to the
variable number of years of experience in these fields.
This research aim to identify therole of teachers in enhance the health awareness
concepts to First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching in Tartous City , and exploration the
effect the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience) about the
Role of
Teachers in enhance the Health Awareness concepts to First. To achieve the object of the
research a questionnaire has been included (25) methods, then applied to a sample of (304)
teachers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive
analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of
the teaching staff of educational at Tishreen University. Pilot sample consisted of (36)
teachers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.914), and
(0.946) at Spearman-Brown. The research ended up with the following results: The Role of
Teachers in enhance the Health Awareness concepts First Cycle Schools of Basic Teaching
in Tartous City was middle degree. Also No statistically significant differences regarding
the role of teachers in enhance the health awareness concepts to First Cycle Schools of
Basic Teaching in Tartous City according to (gender, experience), but there are statistically
significant differences regarding according to (educational qualification).
Among these suggestions having intensive training courses of teachers in the Health
education programs, and raising the level of Health Awareness to students.
This study aimed to know the teachers of basic education trends
towards individualized instruction in schools in the province of
Homs, and most important teachers proposals to activate the use of
individualized instruction strategies in the educat
ional process, so
was prepared to identify trends that have been applied to a random
sample of teachers of basic education in the schools of the province
of Homs and totaling (84) teachers.
