A questionnaire consisting of three axes (difficulties related to members of the educational staff, difficulties related to students, difficulties related to infrastructure), each axis includes a number of items, the study used the descriptive approach, and the results showed that the most difficult difficulties experienced by members of the educational staff from their point of view The lack of conviction in the effectiveness of the Moodle platform for the member of the educational staff, and the difficulty of the student's inability to understand the study material through the platform, which came with a high degree. (Academic degree, number of years of experience, gender ) .
The current research aims to know the prevalence of marital compatibility among married female students at Tishreen University, and know the differences in marital compatibility according to some variables (method of marriage, place of residence, pre
sence of children). The research was applied to a sample of married students at Tishreen University, whose number was (100) students. To achieve this goal, the marital compatibility scale prepared by (Ammar, 2015) was used, which includes dimensions (intellectual, affectionalemotional, sexual, and social compatibility) distributed within (54) items. The researcher conducted the psychometric study of the scale to ensure its validity and reliability in relation to the current research sample is high, and there are no statistically significant differences in the marital compatibility of the research sample according to the variable of the place of residence and the presence of children. As for the variable of the method of marriage it was found that there were statistically significant differences in favor of marriage after a love story.

اء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين للتعليم الالكتروني، تحديد مدى توفر البرمجيات اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني ودرجة استخدامها من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين، وبيان واقع البنية التحتية الالكترونية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم دراسة وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها الآتي: انخفاض في قدرة الطلاب على التعامل مع التعلم الإلكتروني، وانخفاض في قدرة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في سوية جودة البنية التحتية والبرمجيات الالكترونية اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في الجودة الإدارية للتعليم الالكتروني في جامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا.
This research aimed to study the relationship between job rotation and organizational performance in administrative offices at Tishreen University, where job rotation is dealt with as one dimension. Whereas, organizational performance was measured th
rough the two dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed to /363/ individual workers in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University, and the stability of the scale was confirmed by the Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. In order to test the hypotheses, appropriate statistical methods were used where both researchers used descriptive statistics, a difference test for one sample ‘one sample t test’, and the Pearson test to test the linear correlation between the study variables. Through testing the hypotheses, a number of results were reached, including: The low level of job rotation and the low level of both efficiency and organizational effectiveness in the working administrative offices at Tishreen University. There is a moderate strength positive relationship between job rotation and organizational effectiveness. There is a strong positive relationship between job rotation and organizational efficiency.
In recent years, GIS software has undergone great development in many levels, although the basics of GIS have remained constant for a long time. In order to meet the requirements put forward by the global GIS community, Esri™ had to start over with a
n entirely new methodology, laying a solid foundation that would allow performance and experience to guide, the release of ArcGIS Pro. Which is the latest example of this qualitative leap in keeping pace with the visual development of the GIS interface, and the development in methods of sharing and editing on the web. Therefore, the idea of this project came to shed light on this platform, which represents a qualitative leap in the field of GIS software.
The importance of this project comes from the fact that it provides an educational guide with practical applications of the latest GIS software (ArcGIS Pro), where the project objectives can be summarized as follows:
• Provide a step-by-step introductory guide on learning to use the latest ArcGIS™ software ‘ArcGIS Pro’ from Esri ®;
• Topographical and detailed survey of an area within Tishreen University.
• Conducting practical applications within the ArcGIS Pro platform for the study area, by producing a topographical map of the studied area and performing some topographical analyzes.
The project includes four main chapters, the first chapter explains the concepts of geographic information systems (GIS), while the second chapter explains an introductory and detailed guide to the (ArcGIS Pro) platform, and the third and fourth chapters provide a practical application (field and office) to produce a topographic map within the Tishreen University campus, using ArcGIS Pro platform, with a number of spatial analyzes performed.
The aimed of the research is to determine the role of career path dimensions through (training, promotion, incentives) in reducing job burnout (stress, and the limited work powers of workers at Tishreen University. The researcher relied on the deduct
ive approach as a method for thinking in formulating the research hypotheses and selecting the hypothesized relationships between the research variables, and the descriptive and analytical approach by listing Arab and foreign books and periodicals, and other publications related to the research topic, and reviewing, studying and analyzing them in order to answer the research objectives and discuss their hypotheses. As for the research methods, the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 167 workers at Tishreen University, of which 164 were recovered, and 161 questionnaires were suitable for analysis. Then she analyzed the data on the dependent variable and the independent variable and tested the hypotheses using the analysis program. Statistician SPSS version 20 to accept or reject hypotheses. One of the most important results of the study was the content of the training program that is not commensurate with the needs of workers at work, and the training content is not determined on the basis of compatibility with the different abilities of the trainees, and the worker does not participate in choosing the appropriate work method and style, and the workers do not feel bored and bored because of my work.

The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach in her study, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was designed, and it was distributed to (119) respondents, from which (117) were retrieved, and (110) questionnaires were suitable for analysis, and the research community was made up of a cadre Workers at Tishreen University in Lattakia Governorate (university president, department heads, divisional heads, and employees), and then relied on the SPSS program as a tool for analyzing the available data. The study found a set of results, including: The employee is not involved in planning and goal-making, performance is not linked to opportunities for promotion, and the levels of behavioral competence required in the employee are not determined.
Achievement motivation is one of the important aspects of the human motivation system, as it determines the extent of the individual’s pursuit and perseverance in order to achieve and attain success. The level of achievement motivation is affected by
several factors, including the locus of control, which is the individual's belief about his abilities to control the events and situations he is exposed to. This research aimed to identify achievement motivation and locus of control's level and to determine the relationship between them among faculty nursing students in Tishreen University and identify the variance in achievement motivation and locus of control's level according to sex and educational year. 200 students who were selected from the all four academic years by available sampling. The achievement motivation scale, which was prepared by Tarek Al-masri (2020) has been used. Locus of control scale (1966) also has been used; this scale has been translated into Arabic by Alaa Al -den kafafi in 1982. The most important results are (78.5%) have high achievement motivation level, and (68%) have external locus of control. We have discovered a negative statistic relationship between achievement motivation and locus of control, where the level of achievement motivation increases when the level of external locus of control decrease. Also, it was found no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation and locus of control's level according to sex and educational year.
This present research aimed to identify the degree of availability of mindfulness properties among Tishreen University postgraduate students, in addition to recognizing differences in mindfulness properties according to differences in both sex and sp
ecialization (human medicine - education). The research sample consisted of (148) male and female students In the Faculty of Applied Human Medicine and the Faculty of Theoretical Education at Tishreen University during the second semester of the year 2019/2020. To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher built a scale of (23) phrases to measure mindfulness in light of the four mindfulness properties of "Langer theory" after assuring its validity and reliability. Appropriate barometric statistical methods were used - after verification of the distribution moderation - represented by the mean and standard deviation and T-test for two independent groups. The results showed the following: - Availability of mindfulness properties (Novelty Seeking- Engagement – Novelty Producing) among postgraduate students with a high degree, except for the "flexibility" property, as it was available at a moderate degree. - - There were no statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample in the two mindfulness properties (Engagement – Novelty Producing) according to the variable of specialization, while statistically significant differences were found in the "Novelty seeking" property in favor of medical college students, and statistically significant differences were found in a property "Flexibility" in favor of students of the College of Education. -There were no statistically significant differences in all mindfulness properties according to sex.
