This research aimed to identify the degree Availability of Quality Assurance Standards in Teacher Preparation Program in Elementary Education in Aleppo University from the Viewpoints of the Involved in the Education College of the Aleppo University, perspective, depending on the following variables (educational qualification; years of experience), Descriptive analytical methodology was used in this study, the study sample included(84) members of the Involved employees in the Education College of the Aleppo University for the academic year 2016-2017. The results showed that the degree Availability of Quality Assurance Standards in Teacher Preparation Program in Elementary Education in Aleppo University from the Viewpoints of the Involved in the Education College of the Aleppo University in the areas of the questionnaire were moderate ,the results exhibited significant differences according to the changing in the educational qualification among professor and professor assistant, while there were no significant differences materially depending on a variable number of years of experience as it came probability value greater than (0.05) at each axis of the axes of the degree of availability of quality assurance standards, and at the aggregate level, the level of confidence (95%) and (2.81 ) degrees of freedom, presented This research presented suggestions: activating the principle of transparent objectivity and questioning of all the faculty members; reconsidering the principle of acceptance to students; developing a curriculum of teacher preparation standards to include complementary decisions included general education, vocational side and Specialistic side; working to provide buildings, equipments and sources of appropriate workshops which all contribute to achieve a level of education quality.

The current research aims to identify the degree of Practicing Strategic Planning of and the degree of the quality assurance level in faculty of education at Tishreen University from the view point of the Teaching Staff Members, and also and to stu dy the relationship between the degree of Practicing Strategic Planning and quality assurance level in it. and to achieve the objectives of this research questionnaires were built, the first about strategic planning included four areas, and consisted (50) items, while the second about quality assurance consisted (20) items; have been applied on sample (72) Teaching Staff Members in faculty of education at Tishreen University during the academic year of (2016 - 2017). Descriptive analytical methodology was used, and Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff at Syrian Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (22) Members, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.87) to Strategic Planning questionnaire and (0.73) to quality assurance questionnaire.
The teacher is the cornerstone of the teaching process since he/she is one of the elements of teaching. This research aims at studying the characteristics of the future teacher and his new roles in the light of quality system requirements and thei r implementation in the educational field, the age of technology and knowledge.It also aims at recognizing the status of teacher preparation programmes in the Faculty of Education, Damascus University according to its outcome measurement in vocational, academic, cultural and social preparation. It also aims at preparing an inventory to evaluate teacher preparation programmes according to the international quality assurance which includes aims, content, instructional administration, the teaching staff ,teaching methods, infrastructure and instructional technology.
The research try to measure the degree Availability of Social Responsibility at Class Teacher in faculty of Education of Damascus University and the different according to variables of Class Teacher as (six, residence). The research problem poses q uestions about application these Methods. The sample included (326) students in the academic year 2017- 2016.The research used questionnaire derived form the Social Responsibility Scale. The following statistical methods were used: frequencies, percent, means, standard deviations, t – test, and Pearson Correlation. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff. Pilot sample consisted of (50) students. Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability atlest (0.901). The results showed that the degree of using social responsibility was high degree of Phrase which point out Moral and Self responsibility, and with middle degree of national responsibility, also in low degree of collectivism responsibility. In fact, there are statistically significant differences according to six in favor of female, and no differences according to residence.
The research know the degree of possession of educational technology skills of faculty members at the University of Damascus; and the role of a variable both sex, and competence of the academic university, and the number of years of experience in the possession of educational technology skills.
