The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach. In the theoretical section of the research, the concept of lean management, its principles and objectives were studied, the concept of supply chain and the concept of supply chain risks and types of these risks were studied. In the practical section, a questionnaire was designed that included a set of statements related to the topic of research and appropriate statistical methods were used depending on The program (SPSS23) in analyzing data and testing hypotheses, the research community is represented by the administrative cadres in the industrial companies in the industrial city in Hasya, where an intentional sample of the administrative cadres in the industrial companies in Hasya was selected, where the size of the research sample was (64) individuals The study reached a (positive) significant relationship between lean management dimensions (organizing work site, continuous improvement, standard work, multi -functional workers, six Sigma) and reducing supply chain risks before it occurs. At lower levels, this affects their performance which is reflected in the performance of the work.
هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تحديد درجة توفر تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والدور الذي تؤديه في تنمية العاملين الإداريين في جامعة تشرين، واعتمد الباحث على منهج المسح، وقام بتوزيع 346 استبانة على أفراد عيّنة البحث المتمثّلة بالعاملين الإداريين في كليات ومراكز جامعة ت شرين والبالغ عددهم 3514 وفق إحصائية مديرية الإحصاء والتخطيط، وكانت أهمّ النتائج متمثلة في توفر المكونات المادية، وتوفر شبكة الإنترنت، والبرمجيات والتطبيقات اللازمة لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية العاملين الإداريين في جامعة تشرين، وأنّ تكنولوجيا المعلومات تزيد من كفاءة العاملين وتخفض من التكاليف وتوفر الجهد المبذول في العمل. فيما كانت أبرز التوصيات متمثلة في ضرورة الاستمرار في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يعزز من مرونة العمل ويعزز قدرات المديرين في اتخاذ القرارات.
This study aims to study the extent of applying the two dimensions of the empowerment employees strategy(employees participation in decision-making and the justice and equity of the top management) in the public industrial companies in Latakia. thi s study was applied in The General Organization of tobacco, textile Latakia Company and the General Company of cotton threads of Latakia, To achieve the purpose of study a questionnaire has been made and distributed to research sample which is(310) workers of these companies, (265) of questionnaires out of total sample is returned and ready for analysis by the statistical program (spss) in order to implementing the study goals. In addition to questionnaire, a several interviews were made with the managers and employees to aware precisely the work environment. the main result of this study was, the public industrial companies lacks to minimum required elements of the implementation of the strategy and workers of these companies isn't contented and satisfied with the work environment and that is, doesn't encourage or support workers to take part in decision-making process related to their job, as well as there is injustice in of the work systems followed by top management.

The study seeks to identify the role of HR empowerment and its impact on Citizenship Behavior. To achieve this objective, a standard questionnaire was adopted, adjusted and used. After having data dealt using appropriate statistical methods, the m ost important results showed a low level of exercise to enable the human resource empowerment at the directorates of Damascus University, and the absence of the organizational citizenship behavior among employees. It showed also a significant positive impact between elements of empowerment in general and organizational citizenship. The effect appears significantly in motivation component. Based on those results, the study suggest some recommendations.
