The research aims to identify the level of organizational culture prevailing in Tishreen University, and the level of management innovation at the administrative staff, the study of the relationship between organizational culture and achieve the pr evailing management innovation at the administrative staff at the university. Adopted Find descriptive approach and included the research community all administrative staff in Tishreen University's (1119) administratively, and the sample was determined using the statistical sample law amounted to (286) administrative distributed the questionnaire to them and returned them (231) the identification of, and response rate ( 80.77%). And the adoption of appropriate statistical methods was the most important results that have been reached: *The level of organizational culture prevailing in Tishreen University is the high level and the relative importance (75.16%). *The administrative creativity level of the administrative staff at Tishreen University is a high level with respect to problem-solving and decision-making, and the ability to change, and encourage creativity. *Contribute to organizational culture prevailing at Tishreen University in achieving administrative creativity, where (67.2%) of the developments in the achievement of administrative creativity interpreted by the prevailing organizational culture changes.
This study aimed at identifying the impact of information technology use on the student's performance amongst Tishreen University faculties, and identifying which factors relate to information technology use have contributed to the differences and variations in student's performance. Consequently, developing a mathematical model for classifying students' performance using discriminant analysis. The most important findings of this research are: There is a significant classification impact of the availability of the following factors: sources and scientific references, computing laboratories, the Internet, computing curriculum, tutors followed training courses in student's performance classification. The findings showed that there is no significant classification impact of the following two factors: foreign language proficiency and the availability of data show facilities on the student's performance classification. In addition, three discriminant functions are obtained which reflect student's performance. Furthermore, the developed model classified studied sample members correctly with 70.2%, which reflect a significant impact of the developed model on classifying student's performance.
The study aime to clarify the concept of management, its importance, dimensions and requirements for its application in the organization under study, and to clarify the role of applying performance management in achieving success for the organization . This research aimed at determining the role of intellectual capital in developing the competitive Tishreen University Abilities in both education and scientific research. The researcher relied on the methodological approach as a general approach to r esearch, followed the methodology of the survey, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was organized by the researcher's knowledge of published literature. He distributed the questionnaire to 331 members of the faculty of Tishreen University, 263 of which were recovered, and 13 were not valid for analysis in the research community comprised of staff in Tishreen University faculty, of the 2376 respondents according to statistics of the Directorate of Statistics and Planning, and then used the appropriate statistical tests, such as simple regression, and rely on a programme SPSS is applying to be a tool for analysis of Data available. The main conclusion was a moral role, an Acceptable correlation between intellectual capital and competitive ability. This research deals with the impact of driving style democratic resistance to change at the administrative staff at the University of Aleppo through the study of the relationship between the Democratic leadership style, and the dimensions of the or ganizational resistance to change, objectivity, social, economic and cultural rights. In addition to the study of the differences between working in their resistance to change depending on certain variables, such as race, age, personal and academic qualification and monthly income and marital status. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, were distributed a questionnaire to (308) factor of the administrative staff at the University of Aleppo, and it was the most important results: 1 - resists workers administrators at the University of Aleppo change for many reasons, including: the lack of new contacts with the leaders of the change, and lack of awareness of the causes of the truth for a change, and non-participation in the process of change, and the lack of real change from their perspective, and their belief that change leads to changing the nature of social relationships among workers, and fear of losing some privileges that they enjoy, and their belief that the new behavior is incompatible with the supposed behavior currently in place at the university. 2 - There is an inverse correlation between the use of managers to democratic leadership style, and the dimensions of resistance to change, that is, the greater the managers use a democratic style of leadership, the lower the resistance to change its various dimensions. 3- no different resistance administrative staff at the University of Aleppo to change depending on the personal characteristics of the following: gender, age, educational qualification, monthly income, marital status.
