This research aims to identify the relationship between the leadership attitudinal and Empowering Employees in the Public Authority for hospital Damascus, where he is a merger between the leadership in general and situational leadership for managers in particular, and allow workers to the most important issues that help business excellence.
The decision is one of the administrative functions which the administrative work depends on, as all business, functions and administrative procedures is a decisions taken at various job levels. As it is not limited to a specific category of the a dministrator or a certain level in the organizational structure, it is a work done by superior and subordinate at once. Therefore, this study is concerned identify the impact of the position on the way decision-making among workers in the sports institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic, as well as it addresses the problem of lack of knowledge of the relationship between them. The study sample included 102 of the workers in the sports leaders in the General Sports Federation 39 of them in the position of president, and 63 of them in subordinate position, where the questionnaire was designed and distributed to workers in the sports institutions and the questionnaire were collected by the researcher. The study found the existence of differences between the position of the President are those of the rank subordinate and in favor of the position of President where it was found that the average degree of resolution to President higher than the average degree of resolution of a subordinate.
The study aimed at identifying the level of communication effectiveness practiced by administrators in sports institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to fit the research purposes. Th e study was conducted on a sample of 102 managers in the General Sports Federation, In a random way from the original search community. The results of the study showed that the communication components "transmitter, message, receiver" are consistent with each other and there is no difference between them which serves the goal of communication as an administrative process. The communication level was medium among the sports workers in the Syrian Arab Republic. Work and achieve its objectives by understanding the meaning of balance between communication components. The researcher recommended that the importance of communication as an administrative process like other processes, such as planning, organization and follow-up by the administrative leaders, and emphasis on detailed attention to the components of communication to achieve its goal and not focus on the component without the other, and attention to identify the reactions resulting from the process of communication in order to identify the extent of achieving goals And to develop communication skills development programs among the administrative leaders and the sports workers.
The study aimed to reveal the nature of the correlation between the five big factors of personality and job performance, identifying the most influential personality factors in job performance, identifying the significance of the differences in th e five big factors of personality and career performance depending on gender variations, educational qualification, and occupational age. The sample consisted of 195 workers working in the governmental and official departments in Damascus countryside Governorate depending on the descriptive approach and using the five big factors of personality for Costa & McCrae (1992), Melhem Arabization (2009), and the job performance scale prepared by the researcher. Their validity and reliability were verified by using the appropriate scientific and statistical methods. The most important results:  The correlation between: neuroticism, extroversion, openness to experience, kindness, conscience awakening and functionality -0.319, 0.515, 0.427, 0.493, 0.512, respectively and are indicative of 0.01.  The results of multiple regression analysis showed that diastolic, neurotic, and conscientiousness contribute to job performance.  There is a correlation between years of experience, the five Big factors of personality and job performance.  There are no differences according to the educational qualification on the scale of the five big factors of personality and on the scale of job performance.
This study examines the relationship between training and career development for workers in the financial directorate of Homs. The problem of study summarized in a number of questions about the perceptions of workers to the concept of career developm ent. Do the training programs consider the requirements of career development in the Directorate? This study aimed to identtify the level of training in the directorate and its role in enhancing and strengthening the process of career development, as well as to identify the relationship between the two dimensions of career development (career planning and career management). The data of study were collected through a questionnaire contains a set of questions about the variables of the study, and distributed to a random sample of (150) workers in various departments and sections of the Directorate. The number of forms which recovered was (132) forms and excluded (9) forms due to a lack of information. The forms which were ready for analysis amounted to (123) forms. The most important results are: the level of training in the Directorate was medial, recognising the significant effect of training in the career development, and the relationship between training and career development with its two dimensions (individual and organizational dimension) was medial and positive, and the existence of a significant correlation between career planning and career management
