هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تحديد درجة توفر تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والدور الذي تؤديه في تنمية العاملين الإداريين في جامعة تشرين، واعتمد الباحث على منهج المسح، وقام بتوزيع 346 استبانة على أفراد عيّنة البحث المتمثّلة بالعاملين الإداريين في كليات ومراكز جامعة ت شرين والبالغ عددهم 3514 وفق إحصائية مديرية الإحصاء والتخطيط، وكانت أهمّ النتائج متمثلة في توفر المكونات المادية، وتوفر شبكة الإنترنت، والبرمجيات والتطبيقات اللازمة لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية العاملين الإداريين في جامعة تشرين، وأنّ تكنولوجيا المعلومات تزيد من كفاءة العاملين وتخفض من التكاليف وتوفر الجهد المبذول في العمل. فيما كانت أبرز التوصيات متمثلة في ضرورة الاستمرار في استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يعزز من مرونة العمل ويعزز قدرات المديرين في اتخاذ القرارات.
The research aimed at: Learning the strategy of Human Resource Development in the Syrian Arab Airlines. Learning the workers’ trends towards the strategy of Human Resource Development in the Syrian Arab Airlines. Specifying the nature of correla tion between the strategy of Human Resource Development in the Syrian Arab Airlines and the trends of the members of the research sample towards it due to the research variables.
The research aimed to identifying the relationship between the creative thinking strategies and enhancing the competitive advantage in Tishreen university. By identifying the extent of the impact of each dimensions of creative thinking strategies a nd the methods used to implement these strategies on the human resource characteristic and distinctive competencies. The researcher relied on the Deductive Approach and on the descriptive approach as a general method. She has distributed the questionnaire to 350 people, they are members of the teaching staff and the heads of section, who work in Tishreen university. This study has concluded to several results, the most important one was that there were significant relationship between creative thinking strategies and enhancing the competitive advantages. But this relationship is weak, because of the weakness of training programs, especially in the field of creative thinking. The researcher reviewed many important results at the end of this research, and also presented several proposals and recommendations, and the most important of it was: the need of the university to conduct training courses for their employees, especially for development creative thinking skills, and definite their employees to the important of using creative thinking strategies in their work, in order to develop their skills and knowledge as the reflect on the develop of their performance, and enhance the competitive advantages.
The Study aims to explore the impact of Human resource training benefits in raising the level of the organizational performance of organizations (profit level). We used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypothesis testing and analysis of the results of a sample study, which consist of 257 workers in organization, we used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, in addition to many pervious related to topic of study. The study has reached the existing of correlation relationship between human resource training benefits and raising profit level in pubic organization, and training benefits have affected with demographic variables. And allowing make recommendations that researcher believes this contribute to raising the level of organizational performance of public sector organizations.
The Research Aims: Syrian organizations keep large amounts of information and data about their personnel in their IT systems. This information, however, is often left unutilized or may be analyzed through statistical methods. In this study, DM is considered a solution for analyzing HR data and explore knowledge from data stored in some Syrian organization through two major stages: Stage A: Using results of Semi-Annual performance evaluation process to build prototype showed in (Fig. 6) to accomplish two tasks: 1. Building a models to predict appropriate job function for an employee through majority principle and using high accuracy result to increase the number of training data and make it self-learning model. 2. Choose most important attributes that used in classify methods to use it in personnel selection and recruitment. Stage B: Using data of Time & Attendance to analysis personnel activity through clustering methods and building many meaningful groups.
The study aims to clear importance of “form human resource strategy” for put the right person in the right place. And appear its elements assimilate by job analysis strategy, planning strategy, recruitment strategy and staffing strategy. And applie d this study in the general mirror company.
