This study aims to evaluate the training programs that happened in Al Bayader International company in its various branches, it also tries to understand the relationship between the training programs that submitted to employees and its reflection on their performance at work.

working at Syrian coast and its effect on employee performance.
This search get some definitions and concepts and literature review about human
capital improving an
d employee performance topic. this search is applied on a sample of
on employees in Syrian coast hotels with four and five stars in 2014.We distribute 96
copies of questionnaire on employees, but 80 of them valid for analysis. The requests are
analyzed by using statistical devices with SPSS program.
The search get to some results and advices which can correct mistakes and
weakness in dealing with human capital like: There is a positive and strong relationship
between skills improving and employee performance, And there is apositive relationship
between knowledge improving and employee performance.
The successful management an important and essential role in the life of human societies through its direct influence on all human, economic, social and educational development institutions, and its ability in instilling radical changes in these inst
itutions and move them from stillness and recession into a dynamic active state that establishes a materialistic infra structure that reflects the supra-structure such as education, teaching, religion and ethics.
For this reason, all the interested countries in development process pay great attention to develop management methods in its central and non-central aspects. In this research will we focus on the role of a successful the central and non-central administration in developing the staff performance in their companies and in developing the production of these companies, and study the central and non-central administration and generalize the best model that serves the matter of the overall development in our country which we need to develop our country in all aspects of overall development s we can achieve an ongoing development.
The Research Aims:
Syrian organizations keep large amounts of information and data about their
personnel in their IT systems. This information, however, is often left unutilized or
may be analyzed through statistical methods. In this study, DM is
considered a
solution for analyzing HR data and explore knowledge from data stored in some
Syrian organization through two major stages:
Stage A: Using results of Semi-Annual performance evaluation process to build
prototype showed in (Fig. 6) to accomplish two tasks:
1. Building a models to predict appropriate job function for an employee
through majority principle and using high accuracy result to increase the
number of training data and make it self-learning model.
2. Choose most important attributes that used in classify methods to use it in
personnel selection and recruitment.
Stage B: Using data of Time & Attendance to analysis personnel activity through
clustering methods and building many meaningful groups.
This research aims to examine the concept of Employees’ Performance Evaluation,
as it is an important strategy that helps managers take an objective decision about the
employee’s performance level. Also, it informs the extent of improvement that ha
s
occurred as related to the employees’ completion of tasks and their ability to bear highlevel
responsibilities and extra duties. Such appraisal will have a positive effect on
achieving the objectives of the hospital and increasing its performance efficiency. This
research studied the most important factors that affect performance efficiency in the public
hospitals of the Syrian Coast. To conduct this research, questionnaires and descriptive,
analytical, and statistical techniques were utilized to collect statistics. They were later
analyzed by the statistical program SPSS. The findings of this research showed weak
experience in evaluation methods and techniques. It was also surmised that no feedback
was given to the employees. Such feedback should be required as it orients the employees
with the level of their performance and makes the opportunity to improve possible. The
recommendations of this research suggest that evaluators should undergo sufficient
training in order to be oriented with evaluation concepts and techniques. Also, a suitable
feedback about performance should be made available to the employees.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى أداء العاملين من وجهة نظر المشرفين
عليهم، و هل يتعلق هذا الأداء ببعض المتغيرات. و لتحقيق ذلك، بنِيت استمارة قياس
علمية، تقيس أداء العاملين في الشركة. بلغ عدد العاملين في خط الإنتاج الذين أجريت
عليهم عملية القياس 11
1 عاملا و عاملة. و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج
أهمها:
-1 يتسم مستوى أداء العاملين لواجباتهم في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية من وجهة
نظر المشرفين على عملهم بالإنجاز الإيجابي.
-2 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة المستوى
التعليمي للعاملين.
-3 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة مقدار الأجر
الشهري الذي يأخذه العاملون فيها.
-4 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة الإجازات
التي يأخذونها.
5- يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة التكريم
المادي و المعنوي للعاملين.
-6 يزداد مستوى أداء العاملين في شركة الصناعات الإلكترونية بزيادة الدورات
التدريبية التي قاموا بها.
كما قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات التي تساعد على رفع مستوى أداء
العاملين في الشركة.
