The study seeks to identify the role of HR empowerment and its impact on Citizenship Behavior. To achieve this objective, a standard questionnaire was adopted, adjusted and used. After having data dealt using appropriate statistical methods, the m ost important results showed a low level of exercise to enable the human resource empowerment at the directorates of Damascus University, and the absence of the organizational citizenship behavior among employees. It showed also a significant positive impact between elements of empowerment in general and organizational citizenship. The effect appears significantly in motivation component. Based on those results, the study suggest some recommendations.

Which has a crucial impact on the ve rge of sustainable development. This study investigated to describe the rural woman`s activities. Moreover, the study aimed to define the most important challenges and difficulties affronting of rural development women in the studied area. According to the study, the most of the economic activities carried out by women contribute to a very good part of the family income, although there are ranges of challenges that hinder the expansion of this activity. Based on the study, the most important of these limitations is absence of the Women's Union efficiency and rural Extension. As well as the lack of loans for supporting the economic activities carried out by women and other classified challenges.
استعرض هذا البحث أهم استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية التي يمكن لأي مدير أن يستعين بها في أثناء صياغة خططه، محدداً الفرص و التهديدات الخارجية، و نقاط القوة و الضـعف الداخليـة. بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الميزات التنافسية الممكنة عن طريق الاستخدام الفعال للعنصر البشـري. لاستخدم استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية كأدوات في إدارة العاملين، و لكن في سياق اسـتراتيجي للأعمال. لهذا كان لا بد من دراسة البيئة الخارجية ما دامت أن الاسـتراتيجية علـى صـعيد المنشأة العامة تحدد الاتجاه العام في ظروف تتسم بالتغير المستمر. و كان من الضروري أيضا تقييم البيئة الداخلية للمنظمة، و تحديد أهم التحديات التي يمكن مواجهتها و ذلك بغية التغلب عليها لاحقا، و ترجمتها في خطط استراتيجية تأخذ بها إدارة الموارد البشرية. أما على الصعيد الفردي فهنا تنكشف طبيعة علاقة المنظمة بعامليها، لتقوم إدارة الموارد البشرية لاحقـا بتحديـد أهـم المتغيرات التي يمكن أن تطرأ في صفوف القوى العاملة، و الأخذ بها عند صياغة الاستراتيجية. لهذا نجد أن التوافق بين استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية المشتقة مـن الاسـتراتيجيات العامـة للمنشأة، أو حتى استراتيجيات وحدات الأعمال أمر ضروري ما دام أنه يسـاهم فـي تحديـد البرامج و الأنشطة المرافقة لاحقاً. كما تناول البحث ميزات التخطيط الاسـتراتيجي و عقباتـه، و الخيارات الاستراتيجية العديدة المتاحة أمام إدارة الموارد البشرية لتختار منها مثـل وضـع خطط للتوظيف، و أخرى للتدريب، و ثالثة لتقييم الأداء و هكذا دواليك. و حدد هذا البحث أيضا أهم استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية التي تناسب الاستراتيجيات الموضوعة علـى صـعيد المنشـأة و وحدات الأعمال.
This study aims to identify the impact of the use of information technology to develop and improve the performance of human resources at all the different levels of management in an organization and the impact on job performance.
The aim of this study is to identify the quality of health services provided in the public sector hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic. The paper adopts the analytical descriptive approach where the phenomenon or the problem under study is describ ed accurately and expressed quantitatively and qualitatively. The comparison method is used to identify the similarities and differences between the Syrian governorates. The secondary data, available in the local Health Directorate and the Central Library of Statistics, are reviewed. Some of them are selected to present comparisons, in addition to reference to several secondary sources, such as studies and reports related to the study, to evaluate the quality of the provided health services. After analyzing the data, we found that Syria did succeed in improving the health conditions of citizens through the study of statistical indicators related to health. Pertaining to training, it shows the lack of the required level of quality of the offered health services in hospitals at the time that training, especially in this sector to keep abreast of successive global developments and successive which have great impact on the health services quality.
The research aims to identify the level of the phenomenon of functional combustion with its dimensions (job exhaustion, low personal achievement, feelings of feelings) among workers in the financial directorate of Lattakia, and then study the effect of the level of this phenomenon on achieving job satisfaction among workers in the directorate. The research relied on the descriptive approach, and the research community included all workers in the Lattakia Finance Directorate, which numbered (1083) workers, while the research sample was determined using the Statistical Sample Law, and the questionnaire was distributed to the sample's number of (284) workers, and was retrieved ( 251) Questionnaire, with a response rate of (88.38%). The results showed that there is a weak adverse and statistically significant effect of the job alienation of the employees in the financial directorate of Lattakia on achieving job satisfaction for them, as (32.8%) of the changes in job satisfaction were caused by the dimensions of the job alienation, and therefore the increased manifestations of job alienation among the workers in the financial directorate of Latakia They lead to a low level of job satisfaction.
The role of artificial intelligence in raising the efficiency of administrative systems for human resources management at the University of Tabuk. To conduct the study, the researcher was used the descriptive and analytical approach. In order to achi eve the objectives of the study, the study tool (questionnaire) was developed as a tool to collect data from the individuals of the study sample that were chosen randomly of data collection from the human resources administrators at the University of Tabuk, who numbered (70 (male and female employees, after ensuring their validity and reliability. The study tool consisted of (36) items to measure the role of artificial intelligence in raising the efficiency of administrative systems for human resources management at the University of Tabuk. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) in the study tool due to the study variables (gender, educational level, number of years of experience) at the level of significance (0.05). In light of these results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including the necessity of conducting more studies on artificial intelligence programs and their relationship to the efficiency of administrative systems for managing human resources to include larger samples from universities in the Kingdom.
