The aim of the current research is to know the degree to which the students of the Kindergarten Department in the College of Education at Al-Baath University use some habits of the productive mind, and to reveal the significance of the differences be
tween the average responses of female students on the scale of productive mind habits according to the variable of the school year, so the research followed the descriptive approach, by preparing a scale of habits of mind. The Productive Mind, which included seven mental habits selected from Costa and Calick's list (Costa & Calick, 2009), and its application to a random sample of (401) female teachers distributed over the four school years, representing 45% of the original research community.
The results of the research revealed that female students in the first year used the habits of the productive mind at a slightly low degree with an average of (2.0158) and a percentage (40.31%), while the degree of use of the second year students of the habits of a productive mind was medium with an average of (2.696) and a percentage (53.92%), as well as the degree of The third year students’ use of the habits of the productive mind is medium with an average of (3,100) and the percentage (62%), as well as the degree of use of the fourth year students with an average of (3.328) and the percentage (66.56%). The productive mind according to the variable of the school year, where the value of P (17,524) came with a probability value (0.000) less than 0.05, and the (LSD) test showed the direction of differences in favor of the second, third and fourth year students.
This research sought to illuminate the skills of self-learning as one of the requirements of the knowledge society today. A fundamental aspect is that the student of Riyadh must be able to form the personality of the researcher, reader and evaluator to make them achieve their objectives and solve their concerns towards the experience of change and innovation.
The purpose of the research is to find out the extent to which female teachers in the specialization of kindergartens at Al-Baath University have some self-learning skills, and differences in their degrees of practice are defined according to the var
iable of the school year.
The sample of the study consisted of 67 female students and the fourth year (28) female students and the first (39) students, randomly selected from the original community.
The research sample includes a measure of some self-learning skills and includes skills: preparation and planning for learning - research and reading - active reading - review and memorization, where the final form of the (25) item distributed in the skills mentioned, after adjusting in accordance with the views of a number of arbitrators in Faculty of Education, Baath University, see Appendix (1).
The results showed that there were significant differences between the female students in the exercise of these skills according to the variable of the academic year for the fourth year students. The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the
Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their
Schools. The research also aimed to study the differences significance between
the average
points of the research sample of the Secondary Schools Managers according to the
following variables: (sex, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience),
and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (56)
has been applied on a sample of (403) teachers, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018),
also the current research used Descriptive analytical method and to approve the
questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this
domain. Its constancy was assured by applying it on a pilot sample consisted of (82)
teachers, in Lattakia City through Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.952), and (0.473) at
Spearman-Brown.
The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the
Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came
middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree
of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City
of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and
educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the
Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The
research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train
Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches
about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The purpose of the research is to identify the reality of the transformational
leadership in the general secondary schools in Damascus, and the suggestions for
activating its application from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher design
ed a
questionnaire consisting of (28) items divided into five axes. After being verified and
validated, (220) members of the administrative staff, and (347) members of the teaching
staff, and after the necessary statistical treatments, the research showed results, the most
important of which are the following:
- The average score of secondary school principals for transformational leadership
(2.56), ie average grade.
- There were no statistically significant differences between the average degree of
principals of secondary education for transformational leadership according to the
variables: years of experience, scientific qualification and gender of the sample members.
- There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of
the members of the administrative body, and the average responses of faculty members on
the reality of transformational leadership.
- - Appreciating the efforts of the employees, providing them with incentive
incentives, and setting up training courses for managers in the field of transformational
leadership are the most important proposals of the sample to activate the application of
transformational management in secondary education schools.
The present study aimed to detect the degree of exercise The Arabic language
teachers for creative thinking skills in the Directorate of Education for the North Eastern
Badia region. The study's sample consisted of (200) The Arabic language teacher
s for sixth
and seven grades. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a
questionnaire composed of (63) items.
The results of the study showed that the degree of exercise The Arabic language
teachers for creative thinking skills development of the student was moderate on the
instrument total score, and in the fields of freedom of expression, the positive perspective
towards creativity, teaching methods, methods of evaluation, the class environment, and
creativity stimulation. Results of the study also pointed to the lack of a statistically
significant degree in exercise The Arabic language teachers in the Directorate of Education
for the North Eastern Badia region for creative thinking skills development differences
depending on the variable: gender, experience, and qualifications of all fields of study.

The study aimed at investigating the degree of commitment of the trainee students to
teaching profession's ethics from the perspectives of the cooperating teachers at Al al-Bayt
University: A 32- item questionnaire was built and distributed to (83)
female classroom
teachers. The study's main question stated as follows: what is the degree of commitment of
trainee students' to teaching profession ethics from the cooperative teacher's points of view.
The statistical treatments of the data showed a high commitment of trainee students to
teaching profession's ethics in all six domains according to cooperative classroom teachers'

This research aimed to Specifying the role of singing songs in teaching of Arabic
subject from the point of view of Educational mentors and teachers at the first Colloquium
of the Basic Education at Lattakia City.
The researcher followed the descr
iptive method, The research tool consisted of a
questionnaire in which the researcher examined the views of the Educational mentors of
the first Colloquium and their teachers from the basic education stage in Lattakia about the
role of singing songs in the teaching of my language Arabic subject . The sample included
(18) Educational mentors and (160) teachers and( 12.27 %) Of the original community of
teachers in Lattakia, were chosen randomly, and the research tool was presented to a group
of arbitrators and verified its validity and consistency, and then applied in the academic
year 2016-2017.
The research showed the following results and the most important were:
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance(0.05) between the
averages of the degrees (mentors and the teachers) in their opinions about the role of singing songs
in teaching of my Language Arabic subject according to the variables (gender and educational
experience); and this is due to their awareness of the importance of the singing songs in teaching
my Language Arabic as an interesting useful scientific method of shortening time and effort,
whereas There are statistically significant differences at the averages of the degrees of the
Educational mentors and the teachers in their opinions of the role of singing songs in teaching of
my Language Arabic according to the variables (type of work and scientific qualification ) for the
benefit of mentors and high educational specialists .
In the light of the results The research suggested :
1 - The need to prepare qualified academic and educational teachers to teach the
songs in the halls of the availability of suitable educational means, after the introduction to
the curriculum or composed by them, the research confirmed that it is still absent from the
ground until the moment of doing this research.
2 - Adoption of the criteria reached in the selection of songs.
The study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of the skills of
the educational technology of the teachers of the grade in the basic
education stage (the first episode) in the schools of Damascus
governorate. The difference between the

of the individuals in the research sample is based on the identification of
the skills of the education technology according to the variables (gender,
educational qualification, number of years of experience). The study
sample consisted of (388) teachers and teachers who were randomly
selected during the first semester of the academic year (2016/2017).
