هدف البحث إلى تعرّف مدى ممارسة طالبات معلمات رياض الأطفال في جامعة البعث لبعض مهارات التعلم الذاتي، وتعرّف الفروق في درجات الممارسة بينهنّ تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدّراسية. حيث تكوّنت عينة البحث من 67 طالبة معلمة وزعن على السنتين الرابعة(28) طالبة، والأولى(39) طالبة، حيث تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي. وطبق على عينة البحث مقياس لبعض مهارات التعلم الذاتي وتتضمن مهارات: التهيئة والتخطيط للتعلم – البحث والاطلاع – القراءة الفاعلة – المراجعة والاستذكار، حيث تكوّن المقياس بصورته النهائية من (25) بند موزعين على المهارات المذكورة، وذلك بعد تعديله وفقاً لآراء عدد من السادة المحكمين في كلية التربية بجامعة البعث، انظر الملحق (1). وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن ممارسة الطالبات المعلمات لبعض مهارات التعلم الذاتي قد تراوحت درجاتها بين مرتفعة إلى متوسطة ومنخفضة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروق دالة بين الطالبات المعلمات في ممارسة هذه المهارات تبعاً لمتغير السنة الدّراسية لصالح طالبات السنة الرابعة، واقترح البحث إجراء المزيد من الدّراسات حول مهارات التعلم الذاتي لدى طلبة كليات التربية.
The purpose of the research is to find out the extent to which female teachers in the specialization of kindergartens at Al-Baath University have some self-learning skills, and differences in their degrees of practice are defined according to the variable of the school year. The sample of the study consisted of 67 female students and the fourth year (28) female students and the first (39) students, randomly selected from the original community. The research sample includes a measure of some self-learning skills and includes skills: preparation and planning for learning - research and reading - active reading - review and memorization, where the final form of the (25) item distributed in the skills mentioned, after adjusting in accordance with the views of a number of arbitrators in Faculty of Education, Baath University, see Appendix (1). The results showed that there were significant differences between the female students in the exercise of these skills according to the variable of the academic year for the fourth year students. This research sought to illuminate the skills of self-learning as one of the requirements of the knowledge society today. A fundamental aspect is that the student of Riyadh must be able to form the personality of the researcher, reader and evaluator to make them achieve their objectives and solve their concerns towards the experience of change and innovation.
This study aimed at investigating the role of educational supervisor
in improving kindergarten teachers' performance in the development of
children's language skills from the kindergarten teachers' viewpoint in
Jordan. The study sample consisted o
f (213) teachers from the
educational private directorates in Amman, Mafraq and Irbid.
Theresearchers designed a questionnaire that consisted of (36) items that
addressed five domains.
The search aims for the study of the positions of parents and kindergarten teachers on intergration of special needs children at
kindergarten. Besides, the search is on for reavel the different opinions between parents and kindergarten teachers

sample included(60)teachers divided over fifteen kindergartens in Homs, (30)children parents, and, (30)special needs children parents.The searcher prepared a questionnaire with /27/ items divided over three main fields: Personality, Education and Relationship.It was verified of the stability of the questionnaire. It was concluded with following results:
-There are statistical variation between teacher attitudes and the attitudes of parents of special needs children in the process of
intgeration in kindergarten at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education
rather than the personality and relationship.
-There are not any statistical variations between the attitudes of teachers and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significans of 5%
-There are statistical variation between the attitudes of parents of special needs children and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship.
Finally, the search concluded a set of proposals.
This research aims to determine the level of critical
thinking among classroom teacher department students in
Faculty Of Education Al-Baath University
who assimilate (67) students. Those students represent the 667
for the third level.
To achieve the main goal for this research, the research
used Watson&Glassar measurement after improving it and
then examining its sycometric characteristics.
The research aims to identify the impact of positive thinking
among kindergarten teachers in the province of Damascus in
the degree of job satisfaction with, and knowledge of the
differences in the degree of job satisfaction to have depending
on variables (sector, which they follow him, the type of
qualification).
