The objective of the research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the
performance of the members of the distribution channels in Joud Company for electrical
household appliances according to the following characteristics: honest
y, responsibility,
knowledge, skills, presentation and negotiation. Through conducting a field study through
which a segment of the customers who are targeting the distribution outlets of the company
were targeted. The sample of the study was a soft sample from the previous society. The
sample consisted of (200) individual, distributed to the customers of the company, and 176
(complete questionnaire) were retrieved and valid for the statistical analysis , With a
response rate of (88%). The questionnaire was designed from 31 words distributed on five
axes that included the characteristics of the members of the distribution channels. The
research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the level of
customer satisfaction with the performance of the members of the distribution channels
regarding the level of honesty, responsibility, knowledge, skills, presentation and
negotiation in Joud Company for household and electrical appliances is high.

The study aimed at determining the extent of the company's commitment to social responsibility according to the following areas: Social responsibility towards: community, environment, auditors, employees, shareholders, government, suppliers, competit
ors, The study was based on the Descriptive Methodology. The research society included all the employees of Joud Trading Company, which numbered (860) workers and workers. The sample size was determined by the statistical sample law. The sample size was 266 workers, (231) complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (86.84%). The researcher used data processing SPSS.23, which is based on the following statistical methods: arithmetic average, standard deviation, relative importance, arithmetic mean. Test t) for one sample. One of the most important results of the study is that the company in question is committed to social responsibility according to the aforementioned fields and to a large extent.
This research raises the question of the
possibility of prosecuting the members of the " ISIS" organization for
this crime, and what is the response of international law to it,
through studying the best possible ways. The study ended with a
set o
f results and proposals, the most important of which was the
establishment of a special international court to try individuals of
"ISIS" for the crime of intentional destruction of cultural heritage
under the name of "cultural cleansing".
Administrative responsibility is a real
guarantee of respecting environmental laws. If the
administration aims to protect the environment and
create sustainable development, we should help it and
expand its responsibility. Development should not
take
priority over the environment and resources’ health.
The subject of social responsibilities has recently received the attention of researchers due to its importance; there exists a growing interest in studying the links between CSR and Customers.
The purpose this study is to investigate the impact of
social responsibility dimensions of ALBARAKA BANK on customer’s brand image and customer’s loyalty based on its social responsibility activities, and to identify the concept of social responsibility and its dimensions.
A research framework was developed and data was collected through electronic survey questionnaires from customers of ALBARAKA BANK branches in Syria. In order to obtain the results of the study, the researcher analyzed the 88 questionnaires that were retrieved and then used a number of statistical methods using SPSS program.
The study found that there is an impact of the dimensions of social responsibility (cultural, educational and environmental) on both brand image and customer loyalty. Through these results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations aimed at increasing the bank's activity in terms of social responsibility.
The research try to measure the degree Availability of Social Responsibility at Class
Teacher in faculty of Education of Damascus University and the different according to
variables of Class Teacher as (six, residence). The research problem poses q
uestions about
application these Methods. The sample included (326) students in the academic year 2017-
2016.The research used questionnaire derived form the Social Responsibility Scale. The
following statistical methods were used: frequencies, percent, means, standard deviations, t
– test, and Pearson Correlation. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury
of (7) of the teaching staff. Pilot sample consisted of (50) students. Reliability was
established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability atlest (0.901).
The results showed that the degree of using social responsibility was high degree of
Phrase which point out Moral and Self responsibility, and with middle degree of national
responsibility, also in low degree of collectivism responsibility. In fact, there are
statistically significant differences according to six in favor of female, and no differences
according to residence.
Citizenship is identified in terms of a constellation of rights intermingled with
social and political duties including the right to vote, enjoying the public liberties related to
political practice, and occupying general posts, etc. Such contribut
ion is based on the
principle of equality, and acknowledging the full membership of the individual within his
community. The citizen, however, is obsessed by elevating the civilization of his
homeland, and continuing its history of progress and modernity.
Authority is a political and economic concept the existence of which requires the
status of human conglomeration. Hypothetically, it should be elected democratically. Its
function is to avail multifaceted services in order to guarantee the continuity of society and
government, thus, the citizen and the state. Henceforward, authority types basically spring
from the variety of services that are supposed to provide to society and citizens.
The practical applicability of the principle of citizenship is likely to ensure the
strength of states and the availability of the elements of its independent existence, the
sovereignty of its authority, its citizens' monitoring of its treasures and wealth, its officials'
keenness to keep it progressed and elevated, and their dedication to keep it upright.

Responsibility of National and some variables such as :the relationship between the citizen
and the subject of his own Responsibility and Citizenship and the degree to satisfy need of
the relationship between Responsibility and national culture and societal institutions either
to raise a research level, the researcher spotted on relationship with national Responsibility
for some variables such as race education professional place of residence-the age of the
citizen .
