Chemotherapy drugs cannot tell the difference between of normal cells and cancer cells. This means normal cells are damaged and this results in side effects, This damage does not stop in the patient who receiving treatment but also extends to all e mployees in the health care sitting. Nurses are the main groups that are exposed to these drugs in hospital setting Generally, the occupational activities that pose to greatest risk of exposure are the preparation ,Transporting cytotoxic drugs, administration of antineoplastic agents, cleaning of chemotherapy spills, and handling of waste. Nurses require specialized knowledge and skills in order to ensure safety for both patients life and for their own safety of the jobs. Because of available a lot of chemotherapy guidelines we Must assess knowledge and skills nursing staff and assess the extent of their commitment to these guidelines. Objective: The objectives of this study were to assessment of knowledge and skill of oncology nurses in chemotherapy administration.
The research aimed at building a participatory training program for undergraduate teachers in the Kindergarten Department to improve the skills of activity planning. The sample included 70 female teachers-- 35 participants in the experimental group and 35 participants in the control group. The skills for activity planning have been defined.
The research aim to identify the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City, and exploration the effect the variables (educational qualification, exp erience, training courses) about in the degree of practicing the performance competencies which required for them. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (76) methods, distributed to six areas competencies (Planning, regulation the Class-Room environment, execution, evaluation, personality, sociality), then applied to a sample of (198) Kindergarten care takers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten care takers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.877). The research ended up with the following results, the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City was middle degree. There was no statistically significant differences in the level of the performance for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies for them according to (educational qualification, experience), while the results showed significant differences according to training courses). Among these suggestions was the application training programs for Kindergarten care takers for developing performance to raising their duality of performance, and having training courses to Kindergarten care takers.
The study aimed at identifying the need to possess creative teaching skills in the first cycle of basic education from the point of view of the teachers. A questionnaire consisting of (26) items applied to a random sample of the teachers of the first seminar was designed (115) teachers by 10%.

The questionnaire was designed from 31 words distributed on five axes that included the characteristics of the members of the distribution channels. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the level of customer satisfaction with the performance of the members of the distribution channels regarding the level of honesty, responsibility, knowledge, skills, presentation and negotiation in Joud Company for household and electrical appliances is high.
