Religion has been one of the most important phenomena of human culture, which has
gained the deep attention of Nietzsche. In view of this, our research has sought to delve
into the depth of the Nietzsche’s critique of religion, which seeks to revea
l the source or
origin of the religion and the extent of its stiffness or Triviality. The interpretation methods
has relied on revealing the value of interpretations given by the sponsors of religions in
different concepts and their consequences, shedding light on the nature and the goals of
the wills that control them.
The reflection of the reality of the Arab world in the present age makes us discover
that there is an intellectual crisis that has spread in the body of the nation as well. That the
seeds of Western colonialism grew and penetrated among the Arab so
cieties Arab
countries, and the Arab countries, although militarily independent from the Western
colonial countries, they still suffer from intellectual colonization, which led to divisions
and fighting and violence in their societies, which led to its cultural and intellectual
invasion by Western society.
I spoke about the culture, its concept and its role in society and its importance to the
people in general and young people in particular and how they became the subject of
conflict and conflict between societies and I referred to the concept of culture industry and
the impact of globalization on the fragmentation of cultural identity. Then I spoke about
cultural invasion and its objectives, Arab and I pointed to the role of the media in the
cultural invasion, especially the Internet and its role in the dissemination of the Western
cultural model and ways to address it through education and media attention and concluded
my talk to focus on the internal environment of society and development The framework is
characterized by freedom of expression and thinking so that we can make use of the
energies of young people and their qualifications and the face of foreign domination.
The research aims to examine the relationship between
organizational culture on the one hand, and between knowledge
management practices in Tishreen University, on the other hand, where
the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a sample of the
colleges in
the University of Tishreen reached (205) questionnaire was recovered
(222) to identify them, it was good of them use (158) questionnaire. To
test the relationship, the researcher used the Student T test for one sample,
as well as the Pearson correlation coefficient.

study, an analysis from a cultural perspective of the Syrian context is provided. This

awareness in the Syrian educational system.
The research aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction of teachers in secondary
schools in Tartous governorate, as well as their level of job performance, and to identify
the impact of job satisfaction on the performance of the sample members
. The descriptive
approach was used. The sample included (440) teachers, ie (88.53%) of the original
community of the selected schools, for the Academic year 2016/2017. In order to achieve
the objective of the research, two questionnaires were designed, The first one consisted of
(37) sections divided into five axes to measure job satisfaction. The second consisted of
(29) items to measure the job performance. The research reached several results, most
importantly: job satisfaction of the sample members came at medium level, and the axis of
The nature of work) ranked first, While the axis of (work environment) ranked last. As
well as job performance of the sample members came at medium degree with average of
(3,31) and a relative weight (67,54). The result also shown The effect of job satisfaction on
job performance of the sample members. The research presented some of conclusions and
proposals, including: provide an emotive and lovely atmosphere for teachers to enable
them to perform their tasks to the fullest, and improve the work environment by providing
educational equipment and tools to facilitate the work of teaching, as well as conducting
similar studies in other educational stages and in other governorate.

Dialogue culture is considered an urgent necessity in the shade of what the Arab
communities witnessed in the last times concerning the spreading of chauvinism and the
refusal of admitting others. Acquiring this culture starts from the family and t
hrough the
dialogue among its members. This will enable those members, in the future, of making a
dialogue with the other and having an openness in dealing with him/her.
Therefore, this current research discusses the culture of familial dialogue. It also
shows the relation of some variables because of the family members' having the skills of
listening and speaking. Two questionnaires were designed to achieve the goals of the
study. One of those questionnaires was directed to the children and the other one was
directed to the parents. Moreover, those questionnaires were applied on a sample of some
families living in a residential quarter in Jableh known as Western Jbeibat. The number of
the families involved in the study was 384. One of the most important results, which were
found, was the weak positive relation between the level of education of the parents with the
family members' having the skills of listening and speaking. This relation is of a statistical
indication. These results also signified the existence of aweak positive relation, which was
of a statistical indication, between the economic level of the family and the members'
having the above-mentioned skills.

And to achieve the objectives of the research a questionnaire was designed and applied on students of the French language, geographical , sociology and philosophy departments. We ended up with the following results: There is statistical significance between the use of electronic media and the formation of political attitudes among university youth. There is statistical significance between the use of electronic media and the motives of this use among university youth. There is statistical significance between the impact of electronic media on the political tendencies of university students and its association with their sex.
