This Study aims to explore the determinants of higher education service in Syria and the relative importance of each of these determinants upon the overall perceived quality of higher education and students` satisfaction ,to assess perceived quality and students` satisfaction, and to discover any differences in this perceived quality and satisfaction in terms of selected demographic variables (Gender, Study type, Academic sector, Academic level ,Year of study for Bachelor students).
The research aims to identify the reality of change management in educational institutions and the requirements of their application as perceived by members of its teaching. And to identify the differences between the degrees of sample member's respo nses to a questionnaire of reality of change management depending on the research variables (sex, academic rank, years of experience). The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method, and used a questionnaire consisting of five areas:(future vision of educational institutions, organizational culture that support change, workers look to the process of change, a strategy of educational institutions in the process of change, financial and technical requirements). The sample consisted of (231) member of the faculity staff in Damascus University. Among the most important findings of the research: 1) There is no statistically significant differences in the significance level (0.05) between the mean of sample member's responses to a questionnaire of the reality of change management and its requirements in accordance to the sex variable. 2) There are differences between the degrees of teachers responses to a questionnaire of the reality of change management and its requirements in accordance to the variable of academic rank according to the faculty staff members. 3) There are differences between the degrees of teachers responses to a questionnaire of the reality of change management and its requirements in accordance to the variable of number of years of experience according to the teaching staff members who have years of experience between (11-20) years. In light of the research findings , the researcher suggests the following: The necessity of opening the door to professors at different administrative levels to participate in the decision-making process by the Ministry of Education. Ø The necessity of strengthen the staff confidence of the evaluation system through the administration work to be the performance estimates more public , not secret. Ø Create an organizational culture and climate encourage the academics and expertise people higher education institutions to move towards excellence, creativity and innovation
Current study entitled: domestic violence and its relationship to self-esteem among students in higher education, University of Khartoum. As noted researcher through social work as a guide for this category, estimated by a researcher greater than 14 years that some students do not feel worth themselves or they are hesitant in taking decisions, do not trust in themselves and that they violent social behavior. Therefore, the problem of the study: Is there a relationship between domestic violence and self-esteem of the students? The importance of the study to provide information about the relationship between domestic violence and self-esteem as it considers new addition some of the studies, which dealt with the relationship with self-esteem violence chip important social students and higher education. Then came the objectives of the study to determine the relationship between domestic violence and self-esteem and to identify individual differences domestic violence according to type. Identify the relationship between domestic violence and level of education of care and economic level and its relationship to the existence of violence and the relationship between the size of the family of the existence of domestic violence. The study sample consisted of 70 male and female students are reluctant to clinics for guidance, using the questionnaire tool for the collection and analysis of data and access to the most important of which results associated Among the most important results: 1. There is a relationship between domestic violence and self-esteem of students in higher education. 2. There are individual differences of domestic violence depending on the gender. 3. There is a relationship between domestic violence and the level of education of the carer. 4. There is no relationship between the economic level of the family and the existence of domestic violence. 5. There is no relationship between family size and the presence of domestic violence. The most important recommendations of the study: Parents should be fully aware of the Bzuthma and appreciation because of its crucial role in the growth of self-concept only with their children and they can work on the development of positive attitudes among their children even be unable to tolerate themselves and trust the Ikdraha and out.

This study aimed to know the teachers of basic education trends towards individualized instruction in schools in the province of Homs, and most important teachers proposals to activate the use of individualized instruction strategies in the educat ional process, so was prepared to identify trends that have been applied to a random sample of teachers of basic education in the schools of the province of Homs and totaling (84) teachers.
