The individual's characteristics and his/her personal traits affect
his/her behavior, inclinations and performance. Perhaps, the most notable trait is the
capacity of innovationthat contributes to accelerating the development wheel. Due to the
sig
nificance of such topic, the researcher has reviewed the concept of innovation and
innovative capacities by referring to theoretical literature and the previous studies in
connection thereto.
Then researcher has prepared a model for measuring innovative capacities in a
sample of those working in the scientific research unit at Damascus University, who also
represent a chosen elite of researchers in the different fields of science. This was for the
purpose of obtaining more realistic results in the field of measuring the individual's
innovative capacities, and investing and making use of such capacities properly through
applying the internationally adopted criterion, the one suggested as an independent
variable, and the level of innovative capacities in the sample's individuals as a dependant
variable. Thus the most important results concluded are the following:
A statistically significant influence is detected at indication level (0.05) regarding
the quality of scale adopted in measuring the innovative capacities at the level of such
capacities.
The researcher concluded with some recommendations the most important of which
are the following: concentration in choosing the members of the scientific -research units
should be made on those who enjoy high-level innovative capacities, which will
consequently be reflected on the research work, both in behavior and in aspiration.

statistical methods was the most important results that have been reached:

abilities and their morale and encourage them to contribute to collective action to activate
the decision making process in the company under study.
*Encouraging managers to employees urging them to innovate and actually growth,
innovation and vision possessing a deep understanding of the creation of new jobs and take
advantage of the challenges to increase learning and growth contributes to the activation of
the company's decision-making process under study.
*The status of directors of the objectives are clear, organized and completed
efficiently and their quest for stability and job security contributes to the activation of the
decision making process in the company under study.
*The confirmation of managers to work efficiently in the completion of tasks, and
their interest in achieving a good performance at work, and the utilization of available
resources and the preservation of achieving a privileged position in performance and
attention to workers and increase their efficiency and follow up their achievements
contribute to activating the decision-making process in the company under study.
The aim of this research is to show the role of strategic analysis in implementing The Frugal Innovation Strategy in one of the Syrian industrial organizations, which is Joud Industries – Domestic Appliances Company. The research relied the analyti
cal descriptive approach as a general method As For data Collection by way of questionnaire The most important results of the research have been represented as follows: 1-There is a big role of applying the strategic analysis process in The Frugal Innovation Strategy, The largest role was the process of strategic analysis of the Internal environment 2-Innovation in the company is generally characterized as Frugal Innovation even though the advantages of its products are numerous The most important recommendations are the followings : 1- The company must diversify its products by providing limited advantages products that fit Syrian limited income consumer 2-Jood Company must persevere its way in analyzing the environment and strive to improve this process, and that the most important thing it must do are the followings: - Analyzing its organizational culture, - The Use of effective methods that studies confirmed their importance in the strategic analysis process, such as the Delphi Method and The Brain Storming Method.
