This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for admi nistrative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of (123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.

Creativity is a phase of transition between two technical doctrines in Arabic literature .Vkrien are the say old and the updated mind finite to determine the cultural value of the term between being too and a way that is both together.
This research paper deals with some of the aspects of creativity and innovation in this poet "AL-Buhturi", and their impact on deviation in the text. The deviation considered here is on that has to do with themes rather than language or rhetoric. We have depended on the main feature of deviation; that was attributed to him regarding all studies that tackled it, namely, surprise and violation of what is common. This research aims at determining the degree of application of kindergarten principals in lattkia city of the principles of Business Processes Re-engineering and the elements of administrative creativity from the point of teachers view, and studyin g whether there is a statistic relationship between the degree of application of kindergarten principals in lattkia city of the principles of Business Processes Re-engineering and the elements of administrative creativity from the point of teachers view. In order to achieve the goals of this research, a questionnaire was built and distributed over (180) kindergarten teachers through Lattkia city.
This study has been done to develop scientific research and select talented people of post-graduate students (master students) to continue and get doctoral degrees (degree in PHD) at Tishreen University. The research has been prepared, which aims t o suggest a model for measuring the degree of creativity and talent for post-graduate students by using one of artificial intelligence techniques such as Fuzzy Logic. An expert system has been built that contains an inference rule which consists of three types of tests: (Theory Test, TT), (Practice Test, PT), and (Creativity Test, CT) for each course. This intelligent system has also aimed to determine the ability to make decisions which gives the rate of talent for post- graduate students. The study has reached to an important set of results, and the most important is: Results have shown high strength and reliability shows the validity of this proposed model, the validity of the results have reached to 85% and 100%, by using two different methods to defuzzificate of proposed model.
The research aims to identify the level of organizational culture prevailing in Tishreen University, and the level of management innovation at the administrative staff, the study of the relationship between organizational culture and achieve the pr evailing management innovation at the administrative staff at the university. Adopted Find descriptive approach and included the research community all administrative staff in Tishreen University's (1119) administratively, and the sample was determined using the statistical sample law amounted to (286) administrative distributed the questionnaire to them and returned them (231) the identification of, and response rate ( 80.77%). And the adoption of appropriate statistical methods was the most important results that have been reached: *The level of organizational culture prevailing in Tishreen University is the high level and the relative importance (75.16%). *The administrative creativity level of the administrative staff at Tishreen University is a high level with respect to problem-solving and decision-making, and the ability to change, and encourage creativity. *Contribute to organizational culture prevailing at Tishreen University in achieving administrative creativity, where (67.2%) of the developments in the achievement of administrative creativity interpreted by the prevailing organizational culture changes.
This research aims at present to detective the correlation between Administrative Innovation and the Job performance , as well as to detect differences between the average scores High-School Head- Masters in Damascus City at the scale of Administr ative Innovation and a measure of Job performance among members according to the following changes (experience variable - kind of school variable).
