The purpose of the research is to find out the extent to which female teachers in the specialization of kindergartens at Al-Baath University have some self-learning skills, and differences in their degrees of practice are defined according to the var iable of the school year. The sample of the study consisted of 67 female students and the fourth year (28) female students and the first (39) students, randomly selected from the original community. The research sample includes a measure of some self-learning skills and includes skills: preparation and planning for learning - research and reading - active reading - review and memorization, where the final form of the (25) item distributed in the skills mentioned, after adjusting in accordance with the views of a number of arbitrators in Faculty of Education, Baath University, see Appendix (1). The results showed that there were significant differences between the female students in the exercise of these skills according to the variable of the academic year for the fourth year students. The study suggested conducting further studies On the self-learning skills of students of faculties of education
The objective of the rescored is to identify the attitudes of the students of Al-Baath University toward voluntary work in Syria. The researcher used the descriptive approach to address the research problem , the research has used the descriptive method to deal with the problem ,He has also used a questionnaire It has Included 67 Items, It has been divided into three axis ,the questionnaire has been judged by eight Specialized doctors ,it has be pasted on a sample of 30 Students depending on the coefficient of Cronbach-Alpha ,it has been (0,83).
The research seeks to identify the relationship between work pressure and organizational loyalty among faculty members at Al- Baath University. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the work pressure and organizational loyalty indices were used. The research was carried out on a sample of 237 faculty members with 38% the original.

This study aims at recognizing the influence of some factors; the nationality of students, academic year, gender of the lecturer and the lecturer's academic status, in evaluating the staff teaching performance as one aspect of educational performa nce. The research tool designed for this purpose comprises 58 statement grouped under four categories and distributed to 400 male and female students randomly chosen from the Faculty of Education in Al-Baath University, Syria to evaluate the teaching performance of seven lecturers in the same faculty. The study concluded that a statistically significant differences identified in the results obtained from the evaluation conducted by the students of the teaching performance related to the teaching staff according to the variable of 'academic status' , contrary to other variables.
