تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف أثر بعض العوامل ـــ جنسية الطلبة و السنة الدراسية و جنس عضو هيئة التدريس و المرتبة العلمية للعضو ـــ في تقويم النشاط التدريسي لعضو هيئة التدريس، كأحد جوانب أدائه التربوي و ذلك من خلال تطبيق أداة الدراسة، المؤلفة من /58/ عبارة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد، على /400/ طالباً و طالبةً، تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من كلية التربية بجامعة البعث السورية لتقويم النشاط التدريسي لـسبعة أعضاء من ذات الكمية. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة في نتائج تقويم الطلبة للنشاط التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعاً لمتغير المرتبة العلمية، على عكس باقي المتغيرات.
This study aims at recognizing the influence of some factors; the nationality of students, academic year, gender of the lecturer and the lecturer's academic status, in evaluating the staff teaching performance as one aspect of educational performance. The research tool designed for this purpose comprises 58 statement grouped under four categories and distributed to 400 male and female students randomly chosen from the Faculty of Education in Al-Baath University, Syria to evaluate the teaching performance of seven lecturers in the same faculty. The study concluded that a statistically significant differences identified in the results obtained from the evaluation conducted by the students of the teaching performance related to the teaching staff according to the variable of 'academic status' , contrary to other variables.

The objective of the research is to evaluate the quality of the master's
program in the Faculty of Education at the University of Al-Baath in the
fields of (mechanisms for acceptance and registration of students,
equipment, devices and techniques used, courses, teaching staff and
methods of teaching, scientific supervision, assessment methods).
