تشكل خارطة الطريق إطاراً عاماً لتسوية النزاع الفلسطيني/الإسرائيلي، و هو أحد المسارات الأساسية لمشكلة الشرق الأوسط، الناجمة عن استمرار الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للأراضي العربية المحتلة و انتهاكه الدائم لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني. و تهدف الخارطة حسبما اقترحتها ال
لجنة الرباعية، إلى إحلال السلم بين الأطراف المتنازعة من خلال متابعة التفاوض حسب مراحل زمنية محددة بغية التوصل إلى
تسوية نهائية، تؤدي إلى نشوء دولة فلسطينية مستقلة و قابلة للحياة. و لكن السؤال المطروح: هل تستطيع فعلاً نصوص خارطة الطريق الإسهام بإنجاح عملية التسوية الشاملة و العادلة لمشكلة الشرق الأوسط أم في تعثرها؟
يسعى البحث إلى التعريف بنطاق تطبيق المبدأ في سوق العمل و الدوافع المختلفة له. فضلا عن البحث في موضوع إثباته، من خلال شرح كيفية إثبات التصرف التمييزي و الإجراءات القانونية الواجبة التطبيق في هذه الحالة. استنادًا إلى ما تقدم، ينقسم مخطط البحث إلى مبحثي
ن رئيسين: الأول يتناول نطاق تطبيق مبدأ عدم التمييز، و الثاني يبحث في كيفية إثبات التصرف التمييزي.
الألألفاظ قوالب المعاني، و الكلمة لها أهمية كبيرة و أهم الكلمات الأمر؛ باعتبار ما يترتب عليه من
واجبات و التزامات، انطلاقا من كلام السرخسي، أحق ما يبدأ به في البيان الأمر و النهي.
و عليه فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة موضحة معنى الأمر و ما يترتب على صدوره من
الشارع الكريم
من إفادة صيغته للوجوب أو غيره مع إيضاح اختلاف العلماء فيما تفيده تلك الصيغة، و بيان أدلة
كل فريق على ما رأى، مناقشًاً تلك الآراء من خلال ما ورد عليها من اعتراضات، مبينًاً الراجع
منها.
و أتبعت ذلك بعدد من التطبيقات الفقهية التي توضح اختلالاف العلماء في صيغة الأمر بناء على
الاعتراف بالقرائِن من عدمه أو اختلاف الفهم للقرائن.
The present research aims to define the educational supervisor degree to its supervisal roles in Damascus city in the light of comprehensive quality standards , and show the difference among the educational supervisors points of view in the same fiel
d according to the varieties ofsex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervisor. The researcher used the analytic descriptive method and made a questionnaire consisted of ( 32 )points applied on a sample of educational supervisors who work in Damascus city reached to 30 supervisors . The results showed that the educational supervisor application degree to the supervisal roles in the light of the comprehensive quality standards were in the middle degree and the order in the fields of education supervisor application was descending as follows : Focus on teachers roles , the effective educational leadership , the interest in teamwork , evaluation and continuous improving . The results also showed differences of statistic significance among the educational supervisors estimates in relation with the degree of the educational supervisor application to the supervisal roles in schools according to the varieties of sex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervision .
The research aims to know the effectiveness of the use of the pivotal
program in my skills analysis and application development to the
students of the Faculty of Education at their application and their
analysis of what they are studying the infor
mation, the disclosure of
the differences between the control group and experimental group in
the analysis of information in the pre-test, and the differences
between the control group and experimental group in the
information in the tribal test, and then detect the differences
between the control group and the experimental group in the
analysis of the application of information in the posttest, and the
differences between the control group and the experimental group in
the application of information in the post-test.
