The present research aims to define the educational supervisor degree to its supervisal roles in Damascus city in the light of comprehensive quality standards , and show the difference among the educational supervisors points of view in the same fiel
d according to the varieties ofsex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervisor. The researcher used the analytic descriptive method and made a questionnaire consisted of ( 32 )points applied on a sample of educational supervisors who work in Damascus city reached to 30 supervisors . The results showed that the educational supervisor application degree to the supervisal roles in the light of the comprehensive quality standards were in the middle degree and the order in the fields of education supervisor application was descending as follows : Focus on teachers roles , the effective educational leadership , the interest in teamwork , evaluation and continuous improving . The results also showed differences of statistic significance among the educational supervisors estimates in relation with the degree of the educational supervisor application to the supervisal roles in schools according to the varieties of sex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervision .
The study also aims at detecting the differences between children
in the level of creative thinking according to gender, Kindergarten
type and Kindergarten place. , And the availability of some of the
overall quality standards in kindergartens.
This study aimed at highlighting the reality of the Total Quality
management of overall at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at al-
Baath University as well as the relation between the demographic
and functional changes with respect to the member
s of the
specimens and the principles of overall Total Quality management.
This study used the field survey methodology, and the researcher
prepared a questionnaire consisting of six fields: continual
improvement, staff participation, training and teaching, work teams,
beneficiary satisfactions.
The current study aims to highlight the need to implement the concepts of
comprehensive quality in the orphan care and to monitor the strengths and weaknesses in
the practices of the orphanage from the perspective of comprehensive quality. To achie
ve
the objectives of the study, the scholar adopted the descriptive analytical method using the
questionnaire as a research tool, which was applied to a sample of all members of the
original community of supervisors of the orphanage in Latakia (25 unites). The study
concluded that the orphanage achieved an acceptable level of care, with some
disadvantages. First, the failure of orphanage administration to employ the results of
evaluating the performance of the staff in the formulation of plans; second, the absence of
a specialized teaching staff and experts in vocational education to supervise the teaching of
children; and finally, lack of partnership between parents and employers to train children in
different professions.
