القيادية و درجتها لدى الطلبة المشاركين في الأنشطة الجامعية في جامعة البعث و معرفة
الفروق في مستوى السمات القيادية بين الطلبة المشاركين و غير المشاركين في الأنشطة
الجامعية في جامعة البعث, حيث اعتمد الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي
كونه أكثر المناهج انسجاماً مع هذه الدراسة , و استخدم الاستبانة كأداة لدراسته, و طبقت
الدراسة على عينة مف طلبة جامعة البعث /السنة الرابعة/مؤلفة من ( 425 ) طالباً و طالبة.
The study aimed to identify the level of participation in university activities and
the level of leadership characteristics and degree of the students participating
in university activities in Baath University and the knowledge of the differences
in the level of leadership traits among students participating and nonparticipating
in university activities in Baath University, where the researcher
was adopted in his study descriptive and analytical approach being more
curriculum in line with this study, and use the questionnaire as a tool to study,
study and applied to a sample of the Baath University students / fourth year /
composed of (425) students.
