Tourism is one of the promising investment activities that contribute to boost economic growth and increase production capacities in any country, and looks to tourism investment as a real indicator of the evolution of Alaguetsadioohd effective ways of investment and human resources development. Latakia province has many of the elements of outstanding tourism investment, however the tourist industry is still the emerging even under these unjust on the Syria crisis, so the aim of this Abajt to show the reality of tourism investment and tourism projects in the province of Latakia, and to identify the most important elements of the tourism investment, and stand on the obstacles and problems facing the tourism investment and to find appropriate solutions him to get into the best ways to increase tourism activity in the province of Latakia and activate the areas of investment in it in order to achieve yields economic returns better and create jobs for thousands of young people who are waiting for suitable jobs.
The coastal territory of Syria, in terms of its demographic characteristics, is remarkably rich of human resources where manpower records 65,1% of the total population. These statistics pose a big challenge regarding high levels of unemployment in th e region, according to the results of 2004 Census. Such a magnitude of manpower and workforce, is an inevitable as well as an objective consequence of the previous phase of population growth in the region, which has seen a surge in fertility rates and population growth, leading into imbalance between supply and demand equation in the labour market, and the biggest challenge in the context of the development process itself as much as for future planning. Population and development have a dialectical relationship of bilateral paradox through which population variables constitute the cause and consequence of the development process conditions.
The survey conducted for the role played by rural women in various aspect: social, economic and particularly agricultural fields create a database, which might help for the efficient Management Human Resources. Which has a crucial impact on the ve rge of sustainable development. This study investigated to describe the rural woman`s activities. Moreover, the study aimed to define the most important challenges and difficulties affronting of rural development women in the studied area. According to the study, the most of the economic activities carried out by women contribute to a very good part of the family income, although there are ranges of challenges that hinder the expansion of this activity. Based on the study, the most important of these limitations is absence of the Women's Union efficiency and rural Extension. As well as the lack of loans for supporting the economic activities carried out by women and other classified challenges.
This study aims to identify the impact of the use of information technology to develop and improve the performance of human resources at all the different levels of management in an organization and the impact on job performance.
The aim of this study is to identify the quality of health services provided in the public sector hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic. The paper adopts the analytical descriptive approach where the phenomenon or the problem under study is describ ed accurately and expressed quantitatively and qualitatively. The comparison method is used to identify the similarities and differences between the Syrian governorates. The secondary data, available in the local Health Directorate and the Central Library of Statistics, are reviewed. Some of them are selected to present comparisons, in addition to reference to several secondary sources, such as studies and reports related to the study, to evaluate the quality of the provided health services. After analyzing the data, we found that Syria did succeed in improving the health conditions of citizens through the study of statistical indicators related to health. Pertaining to training, it shows the lack of the required level of quality of the offered health services in hospitals at the time that training, especially in this sector to keep abreast of successive global developments and successive which have great impact on the health services quality.
Training of air companies differ from the training of other companies that work in other fields. This is because raining is one of the bases upon which the international organization, based in Montréal, Canada, issues licenses, rules and regulatio ns for civil aircraft authorities to ensure safety of passengers. This is why there care must be taken of human resources by dissociating the needs and programs of the training offered to air hosts from the requirements to achieve distinguished service performance on Omani aircrafts. This research aims to study and analyze training policies of air hosts for defining and overcoming the weaknesses, applying the suggestions and recommendations that aim to increase the efficiency of the trainings which lead to peculiar performance of Omani air service.
