This study aimed to identify the level of quality of health services provided in health centers in the province of Lattakia (supervision area of al-Shamia). It also determined the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries on health services provided in these centers. The study community consisted of families who went repeatedly to the health centers in the area. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method to measure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the quality of health services provided in the centers. A questionnaire has been designed and distributed among the beneficiaries families in order to measure the quality level of health services in the centers. Data has been also studied and analyzed by using the SPSS program. After analysis of the data, there was clearly lack of quality of health services provided in health centers al-Shamia ​​supervision area, according to the dimensions of quality of health services (tangibility, reliability, power of responsiveness, empathy, trust and safety) from the viewpoint of the beneficiaries of the services provided
This study has aimed to analyze the fact of the health development indictors in Syrian Arab Republic between 2000-2010. And the analysis has been done in order to know the development level of health service sector during the study period. This study focuses on three main indicators, which are: Economic healthy indicator. Service healthy indicator. Healthy indicator related to disease spread during the period of this study. The researcher has studied and analyzed the three main healthy indicators and has shown their advantages and disadvantages in Syria. Moreover, he has made a comparison between them and those in some neighbor Arab countries, and showed how sensitive to and affective they are in the development process in Syria. The study has achieved a set of results; the most important are: the decline of the government expenditure on the Health Sector affected in many healthy development indicators. The disproportion and injustice of distribution of the healthy services to cities. The improvement of many healthy development indicators related to infectious diseases and death despite Syria's middle classification comparing with some Arab countries.
This study aimed at identifying the level of quality of health services provided in the National Hospital in Latakia city, from the viewpoint of employees in the Directorate of Social Affairs, and determine the level of satisfaction of the benefici aries of the health services provided in the hospital, according to the study sample. The study population consisted of the employees in the Directorate of Social Affairs who experienced the medical services of the National Hospital in Latakia. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to measure the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the quality of health services provided in the National Hospital; a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the beneficiaries of health services in order to measure the quality of services in the mentioned hospital; data have been studied and analyzed with the help of SPSS program, hereafter the results (data analysis) show that the health services provided in the National Hospital in Lattakia fell short of the quality from the viewpoint of employees in the Directorate of Social Affairs according to the dimensions of the quality of health services (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, trust and safety).
our goal through this research to determine affecting health services in the mortality rates in Syria and reduced to a smaller number of default variables (factors), and provide mathematical models reflect the estimated the impact of health servic es in the studied mortality rates in Syria, where we turned to the style factor analysis in the reduction of the number of health services variables, and then multiple linear regression method in the study of the decline of deaths variables on the health service factors and reached a result, three mathematical models estimated the impact of health services in deaths in Syria.
The aim of this study is to identify the quality of health services provided in the public sector hospitals in the Syrian Arab Republic. The paper adopts the analytical descriptive approach where the phenomenon or the problem under study is describ ed accurately and expressed quantitatively and qualitatively. The comparison method is used to identify the similarities and differences between the Syrian governorates. The secondary data, available in the local Health Directorate and the Central Library of Statistics, are reviewed. Some of them are selected to present comparisons, in addition to reference to several secondary sources, such as studies and reports related to the study, to evaluate the quality of the provided health services. After analyzing the data, we found that Syria did succeed in improving the health conditions of citizens through the study of statistical indicators related to health. Pertaining to training, it shows the lack of the required level of quality of the offered health services in hospitals at the time that training, especially in this sector to keep abreast of successive global developments and successive which have great impact on the health services quality.
The aim of the research is to identify the level of patient satisfaction with the health services provided by the governmental hospitals in the Syrian coast, whether with respect to the doctors treating them, the nursing staff, or the level of serv ice and organization. The research was based on the descriptive approach and the survey method. The questionnaire was used as the main source of data and information. The research community consisted of patients residing in government hospitals in Latakia and Tartous, where 425 questionnaires were distributed to patients, 400 of which were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 94.12%. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: *Satisfaction of patients with doctors treated in public hospitals in the Syrian coast is good, with a relative importance (64.684%). *The satisfaction of patients with nursing staff in general in public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level, with a relative importance (64.556%). *Patients' satisfaction with service and organization in general in the public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level, with relative importance (63.51%). *Patients' satisfaction with the quality of treatment provided in public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level and relative importance (65.9%). *Patients' satisfaction with the quality of services provided in public hospitals in the Syrian coast was of medium level and relative importance (65.6%).
