هدف البحث إلى التعريف بأهمية نشاطات تكوين الموارد البشرية في الشركة السورية لصناعة الزجاج, و هدفها المتمثل, في وضع الفرد المناسب في المكان الوظيفي المناسب, و ذلك من خلال إظهار مكوناتها الأساسية, المتمثلة في نشاطات تحليل العمل و تصميمه, و نشاطات تخطيط الموارد البشرية و استقطابها و اختيارها و تعيينها. و لقياس مدى تطبيق ذلك وزعت 169 استبانة على عاملي الشركة بحسب خصائصهم الشخصية. و توصلت الدراسة إلى حقيقة مهمة و هي: ضعف نشاطات تكوين الموارد البشرية في الشركة المتمثلة بعناصرها سالفة الذكر و إخفاقها في الوصول إلى هدفها المتمثل في وضع الفرد المناسب في المكان الوظيفي المناسب.
The study aims to clear importance of “form human resource strategy” for put the
right person in the right place. And appear its elements assimilate by job analysis
strategy, planning strategy, recruitment strategy and staffing strategy. And applied
this study in the general mirror company.
