This study examined the relationship between demographic variables of age, sex, marital status, educational qualification, and the order of the human needs for employees. Through a survey study on employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast, the total number of valid questionnaires was 348 Reliability. And the researcher concluded to the following results: • There is a significant relationship between age and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast. • There is a significant relationship between sex and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast. • There is a significant relationship between marital status and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast. • There is a significant relationship between educational qualification and the order of the human needs for employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast.
This research aimed to study the role of Transformational Leadership Style in Administrative Creativity on Syrian Commercial Banks in Hama. By identifying the role of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for adminis trative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of (123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.
The objective of this study is to study the relationship between incentives (Material, moral) and functional commitment (Affective, Continuance, Normative). The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, they distributed this q uestionnaire to a random sample of 352 workers at Syriatel Communications, The researchers used the Pearson coefficient to study the relationship between incentives as an independent variable and functional commitment as a dependent variable. The researchers used the SPSS program version 20 to conduct statistical tests of research hypotheses. The research found that there was a strong moral relationship between the Material and moral incentives applied in Syriatel with the three types of functional commitment, but in varying degrees, and the strongest relationship between Material incentives and affective commitment, the Pearson correlation coefficient was / 0.989/. The researchers recommended the need to increase transportation allowance for employees; taking into account the views and suggestions of employees; and work to strengthen the organizational culture that emphasizes the sense of belonging to the company and the loyalty to it.
The research aims at finding out the role of the electronic banking services provided by the Commercial Bank of Syria in increasing customers' satisfaction, as well as focusing on customers' satisfaction because of its importance and its role in achi eving the competitive advantage in the delivery of services in the banking sector, which represents an area of competition between public banks and private banks. Also, it aims at stating the extent of the employees' participation in the bank under study regarding their eagerness to achieve customers' satisfaction. At the end, the research presents a summary of the most important findings. It also presents some proposals and recommendations that will further improve the level of electronic banking services and achieving customers' satisfaction inorder to compete at a global level through a field study using a questionnaire designed for this purpose.
The study aimed to investigate labor turnover rate effect on tourism service quality, by determining labor turnover rate effect on service quality dimensions (reliability, sympathy). The study conducted on sample of managers ,labor and hotel customer s in in the Syrian Coast. The study results show that labor turnover rate affects tourism service quality. Whereas there is a relationship between labor turnover rate and service quality. and that there is an acceptable relationship between reliability and the labor turnover rate and a weak relationship between sympathy and the labor turnover rate.
