This study aimed to identify the impact of the transformational leadership(Charismatic influence, individualized consideration) on the organizational change Management at public Hospitals in the Syrian Coast. Research primary information were collected through a questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of research community, the data was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program. After the study and analysis the research reached to some of the important results: 1- There is a correlation relationship between the dimensions of the transformational leadership and the organizational change Management. 2- There is a significant impact of the Charismatic influence and individualized consideration on the organizational change Management.

This study examines the concept of transformational leadership and its members and Organizational performance definition And measured it Through the comparative performance and internal performance, The study aimed to investigate the impact of tra nsformational leadership among managers working in the company centers syriatel In Damascus, a sample of the company's service centers in Syria on organizational performance of the company. The findings of this research showed weak experience in evaluation methods and techniques. It was also surmised that no feedback was given to the employees. Such feedback should be required as it orients the employees with the level of their performance and makes the opportunity to improve possible. The recommendations of this research suggest that evaluators should undergo sufficient training in order to be oriented with evaluation concepts and techniques. Also, a suitable feedback about performance should be made available to the employees.
This study aimed to identify the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), of the Employees in Syrian commercial bank in Damascus. This study has been testing hypotheses from the viewpoint of employee s in the Commercial Bank of Syria. To achieve the objectives of this study, were prepared a questionnaire, in order to collect primary data from the research sample, and after ascertaining the validity of the study tools and internal consistency of the words of the variables, were tested the hypotheses, using the SPSS program. This study concluded by a number of results:  A weak positive impact of Transformational leadership style on the organizational citizenship behavior.  A weak positive impact of (Leader Personality) on the organizational citizenship behavior.  A very weak positive impact of (Inspirational Motivation) on the organizational citizenship behavior.  A very weak positive impact of (The privacy of relationship between leader and employee) on the organizational citizenship behavior.
This study aimed to identify the impact of career management and demographic variables on organizational commitment of employees in a number of industrial companies in the Syrian coast, where the researcher followed the descriptive approach that fi ts the nature of the research, was relying on deliberate soft sample of (100) factor in the companies mentioned, data were analyzed and test hypotheses using a computer program SPSS 20. the researcher concluded to the following results: there is a positive and a weak correlation between the career management and organizational commitment in the companies under study, and this study found a positive and a weak correlation between the (promoting, job enrichment and training) and organizational commitment, and This study found no significant differences between the answer of respondents by sex and age, witch mean there is no differences between male and female responses, and there is no differences between the answer of the respondents according to age groups.
