The aim of this study was to identify the level of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The study examines the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness from the perspective of workers in Damascus Electricity General Company. In order to achieve these objectives the researcher used the Correlational Research approach. Questionnaire consisted of (45) items has designed to collect the primary data, it has been distributed to a sample of (82) employees, a (51) Questionnaires were analyzed by using the statistical program (SPSS). Findings indicated a high level of transformational leadership where the average (4.69), a medium degree of organizational commitment of workers where the mean value reached (3.50), the ratings of a sample of organizational effectiveness was medium where the average (3.48).The study concludes that there is a statistically significant effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness. The study recommended to increase the practice of Transformational Leadership. Because of its role in creating the organizational commitment of employees, in order to increase the level of organizational effectiveness of company, which will reflected on raising the level of company’ economic and social performance.
This study aimed to identify the impact of career management and demographic variables on organizational commitment of employees in a number of industrial companies in the Syrian coast, where the researcher followed the descriptive approach that fi ts the nature of the research, was relying on deliberate soft sample of (100) factor in the companies mentioned, data were analyzed and test hypotheses using a computer program SPSS 20. the researcher concluded to the following results: there is a positive and a weak correlation between the career management and organizational commitment in the companies under study, and this study found a positive and a weak correlation between the (promoting, job enrichment and training) and organizational commitment, and This study found no significant differences between the answer of respondents by sex and age, witch mean there is no differences between male and female responses, and there is no differences between the answer of the respondents according to age groups.
The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between organizational commitment and job soundly among workers at the Directorate of Education in the city of Homs, and to detect the level of each of them, and whether there are dif ferences between the averages of the sample attributed to the variables of educational qualification and years of experience, and to achieve the goal of the study were responses the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which is applied to a random sample of employees in the Directorate of Education in the city of Homs totaling (150) and 25% of the original community.

On the citizen service center in the province of Damascus The study aimed to find out the availability of the quality of work life in the dimensions of the citizen service center to the province of Damascus and knowledge of the regulatory level of commitment and the relationship between them. Among the most important findings of the study and a positive and statistically significant relationship with between the use of the quality of work life and organizational commitment and vary depending on the elements of each varying degrees.
This research aims to identify the organizational commitment level of workers in the General port Company of Tartous and its relationship to job performance , this research researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology by using a questionn aire to gather information, (70) questionnaire were questionnaire were distributed, collected and analysed, the most important results includes that ; there is of a relatively high level of organizational commitment among workers in the public company in the port of Tartus with a mean ( 3.62 ), And also it was found a relatively high level of functionality to the employees of the company with a mean (3.65) , in addition to, the finding of this research shows a positive and significant correlation between the organizational and functionality commitment and the employees in Port General Company of Tartous . Search results confirmed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance( 0.05) between the views of respondents about the study axes ( organizational commitment and job performance ) according to personal variables (sex and marital status ).The researcher recommended the need to develop a strategy to activate and strengthen the commitment in Port General Company of Tartous all employees participate in the company, also developIing a strategy to evaluate the performance of employees on a regular basis and assess the productivity of each employee in order to achieve a balance in the distribution of work tasks and duties .
This study aimed to determine the role of the strategic orientation in improving the organizational commitment in Iraqi hospitals, by knowing the influence of the strategic vision, the strategic message, and the strategic goals, and the researcher re lied on the descriptive and analytical approach, by describing the phenomena under study through the data collected. And he distributed the questionnaire to 202 personnel working in the hospitals under study, from which 185 questionnaires were retrieved, and then he conducted a field study for the purpose of demonstrating this relationship The most important results of the research were the existence of an important role for strategic direction in its various dimensions (strategic vision, strategic message, strategic goals) in improving organizational commitment, and the most important recommendations were where the hospital’s strategic vision should inspire and inspire enthusiasm for all hospital members. It should also include a message. The hospital has clear information about the group of clients whose needs and desires will be satisfied.
