The aim of this research is to study the relationship between digital fingerprint analysis and consumer impact across the buying process. In order to achieve this, a main hypothesis has been formulated with three sub-hypotheses, according to the stag es of the procurement process (pre-purchase, procurement, post-purchase). The researcher used the descriptive method, where the researcher used the questionnaire method to collect the data that were analyzed using statistical tests, the most important of which are: One- Sample T. test and Pearson Correlation. The researcher has reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a good orientation for the adoption of websites for digital fingerprint analysis as a rich source of data, in addition to a strong positive relationship between digital fingerprint analysis and influence on consumer behavior at every stage of the purchasing process. The study recommended that companies analyze the digital footprint in order to better understand customer behavior and provide information about them.
This research aims to shed light on the impact of corporate governance on the performance of listed companies in Damascus Securities Exchange (2012-2016). To achieve this objective, the researcher used a hypothetical-deductive approach to formulate t he hypotheses; and analyzed the financial statements of all shareholding Syrians listed companies. Results indicate that, despite of the variation in applying corporate governance between listed companies, there is a sufficient level of commitment to the principles of corporate governance. As well as, the results showed that all performance indicators effected by corporate governance principles. The results of this study provides an empirical evidence to policy makers and regulators in Syria to emphasize the importance of the continuation of Syrian companies to abide by the applying of the principles of corporate governance; as well as the need to find a unified measure corporate governance can be applied in Syria; and at the same time the need to educate the public concerning corporate governance.

By identifying the role of transformational leadership dimensions in developing creative abilities for adminis trative cadres working in the banks under study. In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researchers used the deductive approach. The study used a comprehensive inventory method for workers at the administrative (middle-lower) levels, consisting of (123). The researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between transformational leadership in its dimensions (ideal effect, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and the development of Administrative Creativity of the employees in the banks under study. One of the most important recommendations was to be more concerned with the application of transformational leadership practices and behaviors.

The current research aimed to recognize the level of psychological security among a sample of Tishreen university students. In order to achieve the objective of this research, Shkeer's psychological security scale was applied, which its factor str ucture was investigate by the researcher in a previous study. The scale was used for data collection, and in year 2017-2018, a sample of (233) students participated in the research. The results showed that the level of students’ psychological security is medium, and there is no difference between males and females, but there are differences according to the specialty, especially in “practice life”, where that the students of practice specialty showed higher feeling of psychological security than the students of theoretic specialty.
This paper is an analytical study of tourism plans of China’s Hainan Province and the Syrian coastal region before the Syrian war commenced in 2011. It compares the two types of tourism (in the Mediterranean and the Asia Pacific) and concludes with a n integrated model of successful regional tourism. The focus is on strategic plans of the last two decades and how they facilitate tourism, specifically, how strategic plans can be translated into sustainable tourism development projects in both regions. The strategic plan in the Chinese case considers environmental, economic, institutional, and social characteristics of tourism development, which determines the necessary infrastructure and environment for the further development of tourism. This is contrasted with the absence of such a strategy in the case of Syria. Data were drawn from in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Qualitative research techniques were used to analyze the available data and to form a detailed description of the past, present, and future potential for tourism in the two regions. The study measures transportation, land use/land cover patterns, tourism and tourism development, urban development, and strategic plans. It applied the lessons learned from Chinese tourism innovations in Hainan to propose an executive plan for sustainable tourism development in the Syrian coastal region once the present war has ended. This requires the active participation of all relevant stakeholders from almost every domain despite differing interests. It further requires improving the integration of three separate developmental factors (social, environmental, and economic) as complementary rather than conflicting elements. Gravity model in trade is the most important factor in analyzing international trade determinants in bilateral، regional or international trade relationship between countries. Developing of Syrian external trade requires finding new outlets .For th at ،this research discusses the determinants of Syrian international trade with BRICS countries by gravity model، using panel data for five counties and period from 1980 to 2015. The research proofed several facts including: the big scale of countries economy increase trade with BRICS countries، but both of economic and geographic distance between Syria and BRICS countries decrease scale of Syrian international trade with these countries.
The research was carried out at Al Qardaha and Banias regions in the Syrian coast, according to the randomized complete block design RCBD, with three replicates, during the season (20162017/). The effect of site on plant growth, development and pr oductivity traits of faba bean hybrid (Super Simonia) have been studied by measuring some of phenological traits (days from planting to germination, and days from planting to flowering), vegetative growth and productivity parameters (number of branches pods/plant, number of seed/pod and 100 seeds weight) and seed total protein content (%). The results showed a significant difference in the response of Super Simonia hybrid in growth and development traits under two sites (Al Qardaha and Banias) conditions, and the plants in Banias site were significantly superior in most of the studied parameters. The research concluded to greater compatibility when Italian faba bean hybrid (Super Simonia) was cultivated under Banias site conditions as compared to Al Qardaha site, according to that the faba hybrid could be planted in Banias region and other areas which have similar environmental conditions.
This study focuses on the role of the marketing Information system in preparation the competitive strategies in Syrian public banks. This study deals the marketing Information system and its resources and kinds, in addition to the definition of compe titive strategies. The researcher has act appraisement the following competitive strategies in studied banks, and known marketing Information system and his role in formulation competitive strategies. the competitive strategies when applying this system. The researcher through personal interviews and giving out questionnaire too the employees and customers arrived many results which is the existence positive effect of marketing Information system on competitive strategies. In addition, there a big importance for application marketing Information system in suitable and effective form for preparation and formulation the suitable competitive strategy.
