Generating high quality question-answer pairs is a hard but meaningful task. Although previous works have achieved great results on answer-aware question generation, it is difficult to apply them into practical application in the education field. Thi
s paper for the first time addresses the question-answer pair generation task on the real-world examination data, and proposes a new unified framework on RACE. To capture the important information of the input passage we first automatically generate (rather than extracting) keyphrases, thus this task is reduced to keyphrase-question-answer triplet joint generation. Accordingly, we propose a multi-agent communication model to generate and optimize the question and keyphrases iteratively, and then apply the generated question and keyphrases to guide the generation of answers. To establish a solid benchmark, we build our model on the strong generative pre-training model. Experimental results show that our model makes great breakthroughs in the question-answer pair generation task. Moreover, we make a comprehensive analysis on our model, suggesting new directions for this challenging task.

introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a global epidemic and a leading cause for
increasing mortality and morbidity. Although prevention and care policies exist, diabetes
continues to be a global public health problem with serious consequences. Aim: To
assess
the educational needs on diabetes among patients, level of knowledge and patient specific
characteristics that are associated with this knowledge. Method: A descriptive study was
conducted among 50 patients who entered Tishreen university between May 2017 and
December 2017. Questionnaire on different domains of diabetes such as general
knowledge, complications, treatment, life style, symptoms and prevention. Each statement
was given a score of one if it was answered correctly and zero for a wrong answer. Out of a
total score, a score of seventy percent and above was considered good knowledge ,
between thirty percent and seventy considered moderate, less than thirty considered poor
knowledge . Results: more than half, were > 50 years (54%), (54%) were males, 46% were
female. Most of educational needs were: regarding of insulin, its kinds, sides effects,
methods of prevention of diabetic foot and care it. The level of knowledge of diabetes was
moderate 63%.
Recommendation: Awareness regarding all the aspects of diabetes mellitus needs to
be increased for better control of the disease and its complications. Future studies about
effect of education program on improvement of knowledge and self care, especially about
the diabetic foot.
This research aimed to measure the degree of the practicing of educational
competencies by the students of the fourth year - the teacher of the first cycle of basic
education- in the course of practical education, and to investigate the impact of s
ex, and
secondary certificate on this degree. To achieve that, the researcher used the descriptive
approach, and prepared a questionnaire for the educational competencies containing (42)
sections divided into three axes (planning, implementation and evaluation), as it was
ascertained validity and reliability, and distributed to a sample of (102) students of the
fourth year (the teacher of the first cycle of basic education) at the faculty of education in
Tartuos university. The results showed that the research sample practice the educational
competencies in a high degree, and that male students engage in the educational
competencies equally exercised by the female students, and the results also showed the
absence of statistically significant differences in practices of educational competencies
among students due to the variable of Secondary Certificate.
The researcher suggested the designing and implementing training programs for the
development of evaluation adequacy among students in the faculties of education.
The research know the degree of possession of educational
technology skills of faculty members at the University of Damascus;
and the role of a variable both sex, and competence of the academic
university, and the number of years of experience in the possession
of educational technology skills.
This research aims at determining the degree of application of kindergarten principals in
Jableh city of the Educational accountability and its relation with the level of job satisfaction
from the point of teachers view, and studying whether there
is a statistic relationship between
the degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational
accountability and the level of job satisfaction from the point of teachers view.
In order to achieve the goals of this research, a questionnaire was built and distributed
over (80) kindergarten teachers through Jableh city. There were received (79) questionnaires
back of the total number distributed.
According to the received questionnaires and depending on suitable statistics methods.
The following results were concluded:
1- The degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational
accountability is medium from the point of teacher's view.
2- The level of job satisfaction for kindergarten principals in Jableh city is medium from
the point of teacher's view.
3- - There is a good positive relationship of a statistic indication of (a=0.05) between the
degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational accountability
and the level of job satisfaction from the point of teacher's view.
The research recommends:
1- The necessity of the directorate of education to hold training courses and seminars for
the kindergarten principals how to apply the educational accountability in the kindergarten,
and how to raise the level of job satisfaction among the kindergarten staff.
2- Encouraging the kindergarten staff by the kindergarten principals to plan recreational
programs and hold concerts from time to time in order to develop social ties among them.
3- The principals are keen to give the teachers financial incentives to achieve their job
and thus be a catalyst for more work and giving.
This study aimed at investigation the problems of educational
directive in Al Hassaka City in terms of some variables:( sexacademic
rank – experiences ). The study population consisted of
(65) mentors at educational directorate and they are the sa
mple of
the study . The questionnaire consisted of (41) clauses and (3)
domains: Administrative _education _material.
The purpose of this research is to know the reality of the use of educational
techniques and laboratory devices in secondary vocational schools in Lattakia
Governorate, The research adopted descriptive analytical method through a questionnaire
con
sisting of (50) words distributed on four axes, has been verified the validity and
stability through appropriate statistical methods, And then applied to the study sample
which consisted of (127) teachers, assistant teachers and vocational teachers in a number of
vocational secondary schools in Lattakia Governorate during the second semester of the
academic year (2016-2017), The most important findings of the research:
-The degree of ownership of the competencies of the use of educational techniques
and laboratory devices in vocational schools and the degree of use of these techniques and
devices medium.
-The degree of obstacles to the use of educational techniques and laboratory devices
in vocational schools and the degree of requirements for the development of this use is
high.
- There were no statistically significant differences in the identification of the reality
of the use of educational techniques and lab equipment in secondary vocational schools in
Lattakia Governorate according to the variables of the place of study and the job title.
- There were statistically significant differences in the possession of competencies in
the use of educational techniques and laboratory devices in vocational schools and the use
of these techniques and devices according to the variable training courses for those who
followed one or more courses. There were no differences regarding the obstacles of using
educational techniques and laboratory equipment in vocational schools.
The research concluded with a set of proposals aimed at developing the use of
educational techniques and laboratory equipment in vocational secondary schools in
Lattakia Governorate.
The present study aimed to identify the degree of use of the second
episode of Teachers of basic education for innovations in teaching
technology education curricula , and know the impact of each of the
variables ( academic qualifications , teachi
ng experience , competence ) in
determining their point of view.
