This research aims at determining the degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational accountability and its relation with the level of job satisfaction from the point of teachers view, and studying whether there is a statistic relationship between the degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational accountability and the level of job satisfaction from the point of teachers view. The research recommends: 1- The necessity of the directorate of education to hold training courses and seminars for the kindergarten principals how to apply the educational accountability in the kindergarten, and how to raise the level of job satisfaction among the kindergarten staff. 2- Encouraging the kindergarten staff by the kindergarten principals to plan recreational programs and hold concerts from time to time in order to develop social ties among them. 3- The principals are keen to give the teachers financial incentives to achieve their job and thus be a catalyst for more work and giving.

The research aims at determining the degree of the practice of administrative tasks related to the functions of the management by private kindergarten principals in the areas of: planning, organizing and directing the kindergarten work, and evaluatin g work performance. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was done . It was distributed for (65) private kindergarten principals in the city of Lattakia, and (59) questionnaires were returned back. The response rate was (90.77%), and relying on appropriate statistical methods, results were as following: 1- This research resulted in a medium degree of the practice the principals of the private kindergarten for the administrative tasks in the field of planning, directing work to the kindergarten and evaluating of the performance. 2- The research also resulted in a high degree of the practice of the private kindergarten principals of the administrative tasks in the field of organizing the work of the kindergarten. 3- The practice of administrative functions by private kindergartens principals are better throughout the coming years of administrative experience and his being a well-qualified principal.
This study aimed to answer the following main question: What are the difficulties facing the management of kindergartens and their relation to the performance of female managers from the point of view of the principals themselves? The present research aims to recognize the educational supervision situation in the Syrian Arab Republic through knowing its aims, methods , missions and the difficulties that limit its affectivity . It also shows some contemporary trends of educat ional supervision . To achieve these aims , a questionare was prepared to see the educational supervision situation . The objective of the research is to identify the level of the practice of secondary school principals in Lattakia for ethical leadership from the point of view of teachers according to the following axes: the administrative qualities of the headmas ter, the administrative qualities of the principal, human relations. And to study the differences between the teachers 'estimates of the degree of their managers' conduct of the ethical leadership due to the variables: gender, scientific qualification and the number of years of service. The research was based on a descriptive approach. The research community included all teachers in secondary education in Lattakia. The sample of the research was a random sample of 250 teachers and schools. The survey questionnaire was distributed to them. 233 of them were fully researched and valid for statistical analysis. With a response rate of (93.2%). The results of the study showed that the level of secondary school principals in Lattakia for moral leadership from the point of view of teachers was high. Human relations came first, followed by moral personality traits, followed by moral administrative qualities. The results also showed no statistically significant differences between the teachers 'estimates of their managers' level of ethical leadership according to gender variables, years of service and scientific qualification.
