Abstract Universities are considered the most important institutions that affect individuals and are affected by them. The three main functions of the university are education, scientific research and community service. Hence, it is necessary to emp hasize the role of faculties of Physical Education as part of the university in the preparation and refinement of the skills and experiences of students including qualifying them professionally and giving them the necessary practical experience. The present age is the age of knowledge explosion. It is noted nowadays that there is a lack of interest in knowing the role of faculties of physical education in society. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the role of the faculties of Physical Education and the relevance of their outputs that can be seen in the large number of graduates to the latest advances of our age and cognitive development. Every improvement of the faculty is accompanied by a change in matching students in the future with business requirements. Hence, the researcher believes that it is necessary to consider the effectiveness of the role of faculties of physical education in the preparation of students and the development of their expertise and skills in light of the latest developments and in accordance with the requirements of working life. The researcher designed a questionnaire according to the scientific steps of its outline as a tool for research. The questionnaire was distributed to students of the Faculty of Physical Education in the governorate of Lattakia and Hama. The calculation of the final grades of each paragraph was then presented. At the end of the research, several conclusions and recommendations were reached: The educational, psychological, administrative, and professional factors (which have been mentioned) inside and outside colleges are some of the reasons that are responsible for weakening the role of colleges and their ability to influence students and prepare them to be proficient in the fields of their work and specialization in addition to the decline of motivation and desire of students to pursue the study. The needs for colleges to understand the need to make a change in their method of flooding the labor market with graduates without paying attention to the needs of this market and the needs of the community. Rather, they must build graduates who have ‘’global” characteristics that enable them to work and engage in any area according to the needs of society and the requirements of the labor market.
The present study aims to identify the relationship between selfefficacy and the level of ambition in a sample of students of the Faculty of Education at Damascus University, as well as the differences in both self-efficacy and the level of ambition according to the variables (gender, school year).
The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of an teaching program based on the model of generative learning in development of educational achievement of students in the third grade in Damascos. The research was based on the experimen tal method, where the five-lesson teaching program was applied to a sample of third-grade students in science. And the application of a study achievement test of twenty questions in the science. The number of the sample of the research(70) students and students, divided into two groups, an experimental group consisting of(35) students and students, from the school Samh bin Malek learned according to the model of generative learning and the birth of a group of(35) students and students from the school of Mohammad Alashmar learned according to the followed methods.

This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of suggested program in providing skills of designing the electronic exams by QuizCreator . The sample consists of 50 teachers of first stage teachers in Jablah, and it has been selected deliberat ely from teachers who can use computer well. The tools represent a pre-post performance test with review list, a training program about skills of designing electronic exams by QuizCreator, and a questionnaire, the results were the following: (1) The effectiveness of the training program, where the teachers got higher degrees in the post performance test. (2) The preeminence of teachers who their experience is less than 5 years over other teachers in the sample in the post test, and their opinions were more positive about the program. (3) The preeminence of college graduated teachers over those of institutes in the pre-performance test, and their opinions were more positive about the program.
The aim of this study is to investigate the level of selfefficacy and the type of goal orientation at college student's and the relationship between the goal orientation and self – efficacy beliefs. Data was gathered through the scales" self-effi cacy scales, and goal orientation scale " from (162) random sample of male and female student's of education college student's.

The aim of this study was to identify the degree of effectiveness of the performance of the secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education in the province of Damascus from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the goal of the study, a tool consisting of (44) items has been developed and distributed on six areas. The veracity of the tool and its persistence has also been ascertained and applied on a random sample consisting of (236) male and female teachers working in the official schools of the Directorate of Education located in the province of Damascus. The collected data has been analyzed by extracting the arithmetic means, the standard deviations, the analysis of variance, and the post hoc Tukey's test. The results showed that the effectiveness degree of performance of the managers of the secondary schools has recorded an average rate according to the teachers. Whereas, the effectiveness degree of the recruitment technology, school climate, and planning has been high. The effectiveness degree of performance, concerning school tests, academic achievements, leadership, has achieved an average rate. The findings have indicated no statistically significant differences attributable to the independent variables at the function (0.05) on the different fields of the study except of the variable experience degree of school tests. The differences have been in favor of those who have an experience of less than 5 years. A number of statistically significant differences have been detected and which have resulted from the interaction between gender type and the academic qualification within the realm of academic attainment. The differences have been in favor of males holding BA degrees along with those working in different fields such as, recruitment of technology, school climate, and school tests. The differences have been in favor of females holding degrees of intermediate institutes.
This research aims to study the importance of serving efficiency in tennis. It is applied to nineteen labeled players, who have participated in the following international championships: 1-Masters-tennis tournament 2011 London; 2-Hamburg Tennis tourn ament; -3-china open tennis tournament2013 4-shanghai rolex masters 2013. Results of these tournaments have been analyzed and yielded the following results: the accuracy and efficiency of surving play a critical role in determining the result of the game, especially when levels of the two players are very close. Absence of focus and loss of accuracy in serving leads to increase in the number of double fault. That in turn leads to losing too many rounds in games and it also leads contender to win faultless rounds without any effort. When the player has too many aces in games, he will always be in attacking position. This is a conformation, which proves that the powerful efficiency of serving is confusing the contender and making him occupied with a defence position all the time.
