The research aims to identify the role of organizational culture in reducing resistance to change of the employees through a study of the relationship between the dimensions of the organizational culture, and the reasons of resistance change by emp loyees working in Lattakia City Council. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to (343) employees in Lattakia City Council, (315) questionnaire were complete and valid for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (91.84%). Relying on multiple regression, the following results were reached: 1. There is a strong inverse relationship which is statistically significant between the elements after the containment and interdependence of (empowerment, staff development, teamwork and participation), and a reeducation of the resistance of workers to change, wherever after containment and coherence elements are available, there is a decline in the causes resistance of workers to change. 2. There is strong inverse relationship that is statistically significant between the elements after the consistency and uniformity of working (core values, agreement, coordination and integration), and a reduction of resistance workers to change, i.e. when elements after consistency and homogeneity are availed, they lead to a decline in the causes of workers resistance to change. 3. There is strong inverse relationship which is statistically significant between the elements of the human aspects (respect and appreciation, justice, encouragement achievement, and social welfare), and the reeducation of workers resistance to change, i.e., whenever there are elements of the human aspects, there is a decline of the causes of workers resistance to change. 4. There is strong inverse relationship which is statistically significant between the elements after the organizational climate of (administrative practices, rewards, communications, and surveillance system), and the reduction of workers resistance to change, i.e., wherever after the organizational climate elements are available, there is a decline in the causes of workers resistance to change.
This research consists of two parts. The first part depends on the previous researches and literature dealing with the subject research "sex in advertising". This research aims through the first part to analyze "sex in advertising" phenomenon, since advertisers use sex in advertising to attract the consumer to the advertisement. This research through field study aims to measure the effect of sex in advertising on the consumer's attitude toward advertising and towards brand according to the consumer's gender. Through survey study, the research shows that there is a positive effect of sex in advertising on the consumer's attitude towards advertising and brand: when the consumers are male, whereas there is a negative effect of sex in advertising on the consumer's attitude towards advertising and brand when the consumers are females. Based on the findings, researchers suggest that advertisers can use sex in advertising to create a positive attitude toward advertising and brand when the consumers are males, and avoid using sex in the advertising addressed to female consumers with the aim to gain positive attitude towards both advertising and brand.
The research aims to study the impact of cultural and social differences, namely (language, aesthetics, customs and traditions, family, women, education, reference groups) on the process of international product packaging. To achieve the objectives o f the research were built identify and Toseahaaly workers in companies food industry in the Syrian coast (refining and filling oils), The number of questionnaires distributed (122) form, where the re-ones (113) form a complete and valid for statistical analysis, and by answer was (92.62%) . And using appropriate statistical methods was one of the most important results: 1-affect cultural and social differences (family, women, education) on the process of international product packaging, where it was found a significant correlation and a very tough between these factors and the process of international product packaging. 2-affect social and cultural differences (language, aesthetics, customs and traditions, reference groups) on the process of international product packaging, where it was found a significant correlation strong between these factors and the process of international product packaging.

This research Through field study aims to measure effect of comparative advertising form(one way advertisement VS. two way advertisement) on consumer attitude toward advertising and consumer attitude toward brand and consumer intention to purchase the brand . Through field study the research shows that there is a significant effect of two way comparative advertising on consumer attitude toward advertising and consumer attitude toward brand and consumer intention to purchase the brand, but there is no significant effect of one way comparative advertising on consumer attitude toward advertising and consumer attitude toward brand and consumer intention to purchase the brand.
The research aims to study the impact of information technology on the quality of banking services in the branches of the Commercial Bank of Syria province of Latakia. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was developed and distr ibuted to 201 workers, and (183) questionnaire were suitable to analyze, a response rate (91.04%), and based on applying simple regression to assess the relationship between the information technology and the quality of banking service dimensions, the research found the following results: 1- There is a strong and positive correlation between the hardware equipment and the quality of banking service, where it was found that (79.7%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained after the equipment. 2- There is a strong and positive correlation between a online banking service and service quality, it was found that (69.2%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained after the Internet. 3- There is a strong and positive correlation between communications and banking service quality, where it was found that (65.9%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained after the communication. 4- There are acceptable and positive correlation between post-efficiency of human resources and banking service quality, where it was found that (59.9%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained by the efficiency of human resources.
The research aims to analyze the reality of the health service in the Syrian private hospitals in Lattakia City; by answering the following questions: * What is the level of the health service in hospitals in terms of the availability of the follo wing basic dimensions: Tangibility, empathy, responsiveness, assurance and security, reliability and credibility? * What is the impact of the dimensions of health service quality in customer satisfaction? The survey form was designed and distributed to (105) customer of the patients who checked in private hospitals in Lattakia City, where a convenience sample was chosen. The results of research indicated, that there is a good understanding of the following dimensions: Tangibility, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance and security between members of the research sample. The study results also indicated that there is a significant and positive effect of (empathy and emphasize security and reliability) dimensions on customer satisfaction as dependent variable, which the regression model explained (80%) of the differences in customer satisfaction, while Tangibility and speed of response did not affect customer satisfaction as a dependent variable.
Information plays a key role in decision-making and in making marketing plans and strategies for companies. Marketing research is an important tool to help collect and develop information. This research addresses the role of marketing research in t he process of renewal and innovation. This research shows that there is a positive significant relationship between conducting marketing research and constantly offering new products, as well as the existence of a positive significant relationship between conducting marketing research and the development of existing products both technically and marketingwise.
The current research addresses the impact of the impact of the elements of promotional mix (Public Relations, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion) to increase the competitive ability of the service organizations by conducting a field stu dy on private hospitals which works in the Syrian coast , and to achieve the objectives of the research, A questionnaire was built and this questionnaire has applied on managers administrators in those hospitals, marketing Specialist, if any, or are responsible of advertising, where the researcher used the method of comprehensive inventory which concerns with collection the information on the hospitals studied, and the number of distributed questionnaires (61) questionnaire , recovered them (57) questionnaire , and the response rate (93.44 %), after study and analysis of the study found the following results: 1 - There is a significant correlation between the of the public relations method used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market. 2 - There is a significant correlation between the types of advertising used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market. 3 - There is a significant correlation between the of personal selling method used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market. 4 - There is a significant correlation between the of the sales promotion method used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market.
This research aims to identify the range of awareness of fraud practices and deception in the areas of marketing item, price, promotion and distribution, and to study the differences in the level of awareness of these practices according to variabl es of gender, age and academic qualification. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire is designed and distributed to (271) consumers in Lattakia City. After deep analysis and study, the following conclusions have been reached: 1. The consumers in Lattakia City are fully aware of fraud and deceit regarding the product, price, promotion and distribution. 2. There are no statistically significant differences among the levels of food consumers’ awareness of the practices of fraud and deceit regarding the variables of gender and age. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the levels of food consumers’ awareness of practices of fraud and deceit regarding the variable of academic qualification. The higher their academic qualifications are, the more the consumers are aware of these practices.
The research aims to study the relationship between social capital development of: a commitment of workers to the work value and ethic and trust building, and the development of networks of social relations, and investment potential of the library to improve the service of society, and the promotion of the activities of public libraries between public beneficiaries. Descriptive methodology has been adopted to include all staff who are working at Directorate of Culture in Latakia province libraries, amounting to almost (154) employees, due to the small size of the research population. Comprehensive survey has been used, it was distributed to (154) workers, a (141) questionnaires were found suitable for analysis, and the response rate was (91.56%).
